In the Q&A part you can find the procedure for: root (first), unlock bootloader (2nd), flash custom recovery (3nd) and then you can backup and flash rom.

I know, but nothing is really clear and is not what I'm looking for

If you want CM 11, you first need root, then unlock your bootloader, etc. Otherwise you can't install (=flash CM 11). I suggest you reed first the Q&A part (I know, it's a lot of reading ☺) . Good luck!

If you're having trouble figuring this out, you might want to wait until we have a stable build, because right now they're pretty buggy.

Everything you need to know can be found here.
As I stated in your other thread, creating double threads for the same issue is against forum rules.

Theres too many "required" threads these days. Why dont you follow the existing guides and do it? Being a noob or dont know how isnt an answer, you're a member of xda.

Hey guys, I'm looking forward to install Official CyanogenMod 11 but I've seen here in XDA a ROM called FreeXperia Project, that is a Unofficial build of CM11.
I would like to know what's the differences between these two.
Thanks! :silly:
Most people say they are both nearly the same, but from my experience the official runs more stable.
So I guess i'll install the official one, thanks man!
Where i can find the link to official rom? :3

Your looking for the Boot Animation from the Note 4 Lollipop (TouchWiz) Update Correct? If so, it's the same exact thing. The "vanilla" lollipop ROM boot animation has been on here countless times. Unless your referring to a lollipop kernel all the information has been given.
