nAa's ICS Kernel?

You have to make it work with the kernel. It doesn't just automatically work.

I would love to have TWRP running on my p7310. So I would like to ask if there are any devs out there willing to tackle this task. I have looked into do this but I'm no developer and at the very least, I would need some guidance. Thanks in advance.

Second that, it would be great if TWRP was ported to P7310.
Any devs out there that have the expertise?

The cm10.1 4/19 build along with modified kernel work perfectly, fixes GPS too! Just look through the last 4 pages of the cm 10.1 thread and you'll find it.

Does viperROM come with logo2menu, logo2wake, back2menu, or sweep2wake? If so, how do you enable them?

Those are kernel features and usually come pre enabled, a kernel that I would suggest for that kind of stuff would be wolfpack, it's in original development.

Does that specific kernel affect performance at all? I know viper boy emphasized performance and stability on his ROM so I wouldn't want to mess that up.
Increesed performance for me

Lol congrats on your 500th post.
But yeah anyways, do you know if there's how-to a video on installation of the wolfpack kernel? I searched around, can't seem to find it.
Just wipe cache and dalvik and flash the zip like a ROM.

Is the only way to get a 3.4 kernel would be getting a official kernel from Motorola? Or is it possible to make a 3.4 kernel for our phone?

Work has been done on that but nothing successful. There are a few 3.4 branches located in the dev team's repository.

New kernels are much tougher than roms. The 4.4 builds that we have are impressively stable and well-working for being the initial builds. Progress has come very quickly.
