Watch Band Replacement Gear Live - Samsung Gear Live

Hey, I'm thinking about getting a watch band replacement for the gear live. I was wondering if anybody had replaced it and had any tips or recommendations for me. I remember hearing that you might not want to change it because of the shape of the watch itself, but I've seen some pictures and it doesn't look bad. Pictures are awesome too!

I just did this a few days ago. It was really easy to take the old band off just with my fingernail, and any 22mm band should fit. Just make sure whatever band you get comes with the pins (or you buy a pair) to connect it to the watch. It's unlikely that you can reuse the quick release pins on most other watch bands.

Hmm. Doesn't look too bad in the photos. How do you think it looks, personally? I just ordered a cheap stainless steel watch band on eBay. I'll post pictures when it comes in.

I like it and think it looks pretty sharp. It does still look somewhat small compared to the watch, but the thing is huge, so I don't think there is any getting away from that!

That is actually probably a way better place for this thread. They've answered most of my questions already! Thanks.

Going to go ahead and close this, please feel free to continue this discussion in the above mentioned link

Its made by the Good Smile company in Japan, but can't find it anywhere. May have been a limited edition thing, the head and arms swivel and the legs move side to side.

Tripod phone holder

Hi I am looking at getting a tripod holder for my phone to take pictures has anyone tried or has one of these. I have looked on amazon but none of the generic ones state that they would fit the note two.

I got this when I got my monopod; very useful when going to muesums and so forth where tripods are not allowed. It will hold the GN2.
Otherwise, I would just get some kind of car dock you like, and just add the screw bracket; superglue can do wonders.
This product looks really good for our Note 2!

I have this. Don't get it. It fits, but it is such a tight fit that it is unpleasant to use. You have to either not use a case, or scrape out the rubber pads.

I just ordered one. I'll report back here once it comes in.
Combining with a Gorillapod for double duty as carmount and camera tripod.
The iStabilizer is fantastic.
Plenty of room for a larger phone when you pull it open, but it still grips the Note II firmly with soft rubber pads. I am not an expert, but it feels very well constructed.
In conjunction with my Gorillapod, it makes a perfect mobile car mount gripping the PT Cruiser's oh **** bar on the passenger dash.
Served up by the TMo Note 2

Another case
External power pack
Headset
It shows 2 types of casings, external battery, wireless charger, and a headset.
Have fun!
Where's the headset I think it might be changed
Looks really good.
both device and cases look so sexy
I think i will be getting the battery case.
Phone will still be thinner then my Note 4 and wireless backcase, plus it protects the phone.
However the screen...
I need to mod the clearview case with the battery case haha
That second case look pretty cool. I'll probably get something like that
I like the pass through cases on the top, but I want to see what the back looks like.
All who buy a S6/Edge will need a Power Bank
Will the Samsung Power bank do a Fast Charge ?
I dont see it on any website yet
so i got few here which might be useful

i saw it at samsung .com/shop like 2 weeks ago for 69.99$, said it' coming soon. now they removed it !
maybe it' not ready yet? or cancelled?
or maybe they want you to buy the fake leather case instead .
Looks like it got pulled from the website for some reason. My guess is mfg issues causing too long of a set back to keep it as "coming soon"
Wish they have accessories on Launch of the Phones
they always delay it and loose sales
I want the New Power Bank, Cover & a extra ac adapter
When are these being released? In particular the powerpacks?
I can't can't find them anywhere?

Cool
Where is the kickstarter page? And is there a battery built into the case?
There is not battery on the case and the kickstarter page is at flitch[dot]io/ks. I am sorry but I haven't posted enough message yet to share a link in xda forum.
I have backed, great idea, though i cant really see you getting the £50k you need as this is just s6 owners, who are going to pay £50 for a phone case? great idea though
Here the link for those who want to see more

Yeah, but it's not only a phone case, it is also a game controller that fits on your pocket and you can take with you everywhere.
nice design
Looks cool and like a great idea, but $62? Man that's asking a lot, even for a controller. Especially one with only joysticks and shoulder buttons, missing the standard 4 letter buttons. I'd pay maybe $30 for this product.

The trick is that the cover is pressure sensitive so it is possible to simulate the 4 letter buttons with the second joystick. :highfive:

Cool, but still too asking too much. Idk how much your costs are but you guys need to find a way to get the price down.

missing tweezers and replacement nibs?

Are we supposed to receive a tweezer and replacement nibs for this phone in the box? I ordered it from Samsung direct and cannot seem to find it.
Is anyone else missing it from the box?
Yes, those are supposed to be included: http://www.samsung.com/us/galaxy/note8/specs/ .

This is going to be a problem. I know from bitter experience that if an item is missing Samsung will require the whole box and contents including your mobile to be returned! Unless your outlet can arrange with the Samsung rep' to just give you a pack. Its an absurd situation. I speak in relation to Southern Europe, if you are in the USA or UK etc things 'may' be different?
It happens, it has to considering millions of these mobiles will be shipped. Its just a pain to resolve.
I know numerous Note 7 buyers where NOT requested to return all the contents of the box only the mobile. To that end maybe a decent member here who has a spare set could send it to you as a kind favour? If I had a set I would do so. When I returned both my Note 7's the outlet (Samsung) required everything, including the so called free VR head set! :silly:
Hope you can resolve this with a minimum of fuss.
Ryland :good:
It also happens that customers sometimes fail to check every nook and cranny of their packaging, or fail to unbox their device in the middle of an otherwise-empty surface where they can easily see everything that's removed from the box, and where there's no danger of knocking tiny items to the floor.
Worst case, though, is that you can order replacement nibs for a few dollars.
what are the little tweezer things for anyway?
