If your talking about the background when you press apps button and all your apps appear then it can be done as im using modded touchwiz from this forum and it has transparent background so if thats what you mean then maybe ask the dev to assist.

[Q] Widget weather s2 for mini

Hello everyone I am new to xda next galaxy with a samsung firmware 2.3.6 I'm looking for the weather widget of galaxy s2 for my phone asking for help, thanks!

Looking for that one too... downloaded from ace forum but it was not working on SGM coz its for mdpi devices n we have ldpi:-(

Wait... which widget you downloaded? Because there is no link in this post to the Galaxy S2 weather widget, the only link that I shared by mistake was the one from Galaxy Y (info by gmp009, widget by Parasmi)

Optimus 4X HD weather widget

Can someone please post the stock weather widget here? I always liked their widgets from various phones and had one running in my galaxy s2. Now looking for the latest one. Thanks guys!

don't know because is on my phone. But it's an apk, so i think there is a big chance that it will work on many phone like other app.
Try it and tel us

It only works on LG phones, much like samsungs weather widgets touchwiz only unless someone hacks it somehow or makes a clone somehow it wont work..

Jelly Bean on Galaxy Note

Hello, i have my galaxy note from germany and today i get update to Jelly Bean, but i have some questions.
Where are these apps: Polaris Office, Video maker, Photo Editor, Messages and weather (i dont know how it is in english i have mobile in czech language)?
How i can add shortcut of Camera to lock sreen?
Can i find wherever old widget of weather this in jelly bean is ugly.
And my last question... whete i can find old widget of tools?
I send you photos what i think. Sorry for my bad english. Please help...

Weather widget is new because in JB is new TW (Nature or something like that) launcher.Shortcuts for settings are in notification bar. Photo editor is on Samsung apps.There is no more Video editor app- I miss it too. I can send you Polaris Office (and News&Weather) but there is a lot of free office apps on Play store. And no shortcuts on lock screen

i get it from Kies yes it is quicker than before

You can get the Photo editor and Polaris 4 in Samsung App Store. But Kingsoft Office its much better than Polaris and its free. Shorcuts in lockscreen are gone, but there is an option under Lockscreen options, enable "Camera quick acces" and then tap and hold the lockscreen and then rotate the Note to open the camera. Good luck!

Get the ripple effect (Samsung Galaxy S3) lockscreen on your phone!

So there are a bunch of us who are asking "Hey how do I get the ripple effect lockscreen on my Android" this is my method and I know there are a bunch of flashable .zips out there but if those dont work here is a good idea:
What you need:
Widgetlocker WITH Invisible Tabs theme. (Downloadable by hitting get themes... On widgetlocker)
A picture that is transparent (saved to your phone)
The Samsung Galaxy SIII Wallpaper (yes choose any of them in the play store as long as they have the water drop effect) I recommend the wallpapers Wasabi makes (producer on Google Play)
A Samsung Galaxy JellyBean Clock.
THATS ALL YOU NEED!
So now for what to do:
You may setup WidgetLocker to your preferences except for that widgets need to be able to overlap (MUST HAVE)
Put the Galaxy Live wallpaper (Earlier downloaded) and set it as the MAIN wallpaper (no, if you set the option to change the wallpaper for widget locker it womt work)
Now take the Clock you downloaded (or made) and put it in as a widget
Next put a custom slider in widget locker make sure its invisible tabs
Setup invisible tabs to:
Unlock from BOTH SIDES and make the icons invisible by appliying the ivisible wallpaper
Continue the above step and resize as neede to fill the whole screen with sliders,
Thats it, yes i know its not perfect, the only part i noticed to be diffrent is that when touching either slider, the other side gets a small dot...

Im tryin to make a vedeo for u guys but i have a Atrix 4G which has a tegra 2, things like screencast wont work...
Plus i came unprepared sice i found this out and three minutes later posted it...
