IMEI number has his own partition. It's saved in mmcblk0p9 and take up to 1MB. Download diskinfo from play store and enable in DiskInfo settings expert mode and unmounted partition and check if your mmcblk0p9 partition has 1MB too.

If it's not 1MB then is your IMEI gone, forever, and if it's 1MB then is the key code in efs/imei wrong

what if it`s not 1mb ? is there no other way to recover the imei ?

How I already said, if it's not 1MB then is your IMEI gone forever and no there is no other way to recover your IMEI back.

then it means .. ? that i can recover my efs ? imei back ?
then ? any procedure or tutorial ? ahah
thx .. im excited ..

So it means your IMEI and efs are ok. I think you should flash a stock ROM from sammobile.com/firmware again and do factory reset in original recovery (backup your data like pictures, videos, musics before). If really nothing work what you tried in the past then it's maybe a hardware problem

IMEI

My Mobile shows IMEI as 3xxxxxxxxxxxx6/01.
I want to know what is meaning of '/01'. Is it there for everyone? or it is a special character. Is it ok or some problem is there.
Odp: IMEI
Mine is 3xxxxxxxxxx2 (no /01) but idk what it might be.

I don't know meaning of it but i am also having 01 after imei number.
Samsung Galaxy S Advance
Rom : Jelly Bean 4.1.2 I9070XXLQ4
Kernel: CoCore E-4.2-TWRP
I have just realized sth.
when you go to settings / about / status you got IMEI in one line and then IMEISV (that is 01 on my phone) right next to it
I guess that your command shows IMEI / IMEISV as result and that is it.
TO the Point Description
hope everybody get it from there.. what they want to know..

[Q] Problem With Phone After Installing Cyanogenmod

Hey ,
I installed cyanogen mod normally as it was written in the wiki , I installed CWM-Based Recovery v6.0.1.2 (I used the CWM recovery first , but it did not access the internal storage where the roms were , so i went with this one as suggested in the wiki.) and used it to install cyanogen mod 10.1 , I did everything normally , and the rom installed without any problem.
But when im using the phone , it seems fine as long as i keep the screen on , but if i leave the phone for a moment so that it locks itself, it restarts , i tried more versions of cyanogen mod , like 10.0 and 9 and even 7, but still the same result.
I didn't root my phone , as it was not necessary as stated in the cyanogen mod wiki.
What can i do to fix this problem?

Hello again, I tried the way you suggested and I encountered some problems in the way... I have already installed cm , and because of that my phone does not display the baseband number , or the IMEI number.
So how would you suggest I download the correct version of the stock rom of my phone...?
Thanks,
Hey
Just go to sammobile.com/firmwares/1/
The search for the stock firmware for your region and flash it via Odin
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
And after installing stock you can save the efs (imei) then flash JB

Hey again , thanks for the suggestion , its a good idea but the problem is , a friend bought this phone from another guy , so I don't know which network or country it belongs to , and of course there is not version for my country... So how do you suggest i find the correct one for this phone? and if i do download and install the stock version of ... say T-Mobile or something , would that lock the phone to that specific network?
And if so , is it possible to unlock it to be used with any network?

according to your IMEI you have a GT i9000, so just flash a Gingerbread JVU ROM from here, just follow the upgrade procedure all the download links are there , if you need to change modem according to your region, it can be done easily later , when reception is poor or you have network problems. if you need help concerning it, you must tell us where you are located first.
Check this out! You , YES! you are an " Android ". Not your phone but U.

And will changing the "modem" as you said , be possible for all locations?
Like an all region unlock? Or something like this?
And now could you download stock-version ???

Hey
Read this
http://ykkfive.blogspot.in/2011/11/samsung-firmware-code-reference.html?m=1#.Umq3WqXhXFo
Also then check if you have an international variant of the sgs..!!
As long as it the international one you can flash an open / unlock version of the firmware regardless it baseband..(Model No.: GT-I9000 ONLY!!)
BTW I have flashed an UK version firmware for an sgs bought in India..it works..
Then download your firmware from sammobile and flash it..

And to check the firmware version i have to do *#1234# right?
This does not do anything ,
And in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2434225
In the "Upgrading or downgrading to Gingerbread" i see in the procedure it says that i have to do
PDA > CODE_I9000XXJVU_CL851880_REV03_user_low_ship.tar.m d5
PHONE > MODEM_I9000XXJVU_REV_00_CL1092175.tar.md5
CSC > GT-I9000-CSC-MULTI-OXAJVU.tar.md5
I have the I9000XXJVU CFROOT , but it later says i need PDA > CF-Root-XX_OXA_JVU_2.3.6-v4.3-CWM3RFS,
How do i find the ones mentioned above?
Or should i just carry on without them?
The PIT is clear, but I cannot understand what to do about PDA , PHONE , CSC and PDA > CF-Root-XX_OXA_JVU_2.3.6-v4.3-CWM3RFS...
Could you please suggest how I continue?

Man, just click the download link and everything you need is inside it, and follow what it says word for word.. select mean click "PDA" and browse to the folder where you had downloaded that files and chose thatparticular file mentioned, or look at the video on how to use Odin, the link to watch video is also in there
