Hi
Do this
Go to settings -> scroll to bottom and choose the info option -> about galaxy gear -> tap the software version 4-5 times and it will count down from 3 -> go one screen back and will have the debug option
it is the same thing, you have to do on the galaxy s4, to get the debug option
Hope this helps

From settings select "gear info" and then "About gear" then press software version repeatedly until developer options are unlocked (you will get a notification). USB debug will now be available in the previous menu.
This is the same on all android roms after 4.2
My father has the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active I537. This is his first android device. While "pushing buttons" he somehow activated a system diagnostics screen, which shows constantly overlaying the wallpaper.
I would appreciate the tip on "how to disable"
Thank you.
My Galaxy Gear watch used to have a setting to leave screen on the last one you used. I can't find it anymore. Is it gone or just reorganized?
Sir,
Please wait until mods will move this thread to the device specific forum for more relevant answers.

Good luck
in parameters / display you have an option to wake up the gear on the last screen displayed. it's not what you are looking for ?
Hey guys
Just got the tab s2 8.0, and it updated to nougat right away.
From pictures and videos I've seen, i see the reading mode toggle when expanding quick settings in notification.
But mine seems to be missing that toggle .. am i the only one ? Can anyone with a t713 confirm if they have the reading mode toggle in quick setting or no ?
If i do go to display, and select display mode, reading mode is there and i can set it.
Attaching picture to show what i have seen online and what im missing (bottom left icon)

You can select 3 dot icon at top right to add more

Thanks for the reply, i have checked that first thing.
The only thing in there was "private", and nothing else
From the picture you posted, you seem to have way more options than i do (night screen filter, reading mode, screen shot, samsung music)
I even performed a factory reset after posting yesterday with no success.
contacted samsung, and was informed that with the latest nougat update 10/1/2017 the reading mode toggle is discontinued for some odd reason .
can anyone on the latest nougat firmware confirm they dont have the reading mode toggle ?
I have the T713 with latest f/w - T713XXU2BQI1 - and have the reading mode toggle in quick settings.
I have the 719 with latest Nougat update and the toggle is there.
I've Android 6 and everything is where it belongs. Moreover, it's faster than all s2 Tabs on 7 or 8.
Why does he have night mode? I have t713 and read mode too.
Does anyone know how to turn off the annoying notification on my phone, when I turn off or turn on my watch (GW3) Did check in Galaxy wear but found nothing. Also, nothing found in the phones system ui notification. Anyone has ideas?

Yes it's easy!
Just go into the phone's notification settings, look for the notification "Galaxy Watch3 Plugin" then find "Device disconnected" and tap "silent" or just disable the notification completely.
Hope that helps.
