[Q] set all volumes at once? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

I'd like to set all my volumes (ringtone, system, everything) at the same level. In other words, I don't want separate loudness levels for ringtone, notifications, games, anything. I'm not seeing anything I can set in Volume. Is there a setting, or if not, maybe an xposed module that does this? Thanks to anyone who can advise.

[Q] Volume too loud

Quick question...
As the title suggests, my device's lowest volume setting is still too loud if I want to listen to something in the background or want to take a snooze. Is there a way to either add more volume levels or lower the value of the levels? I'm running JPK and it's rooted.
Cheers.
download and install this

it should work with the BETA froyo
Thanks, but I already have Sound Manager installed, which does the same thing as Audio Manager, but has a cleaner interface and more control options. The problem is that neither of them do what I want... the lowest volume is still too loud.
I need to somehow adjust the increment value in code or add more increments to give me finer control.
Did you ever receive an answer on your volume issue. I have a galaxy 4G with the same issue and no one has answers?
Use voodoo control app from market, it adjust the analog amplifier.

Yes voodoo would be the best for you its just amazing....install it and you will love it....it makes your phone to the best mp3-player you can buy for money
Yep, use a kernel with voodoo sound. Or buy Supercurio's app in the market and support his work. The app gives you the option to adjust the analog gain, if the volume is too loud all you have to do is lower the gain and problem solved

Mp3's have terrible sound, you should consider ripping/downloading your music in .flac .

[Q] Self changing volume, but why?

The volume decreasing itself from time to time, I don't know why. I fixed the volume at %100 in settings and also I use srs wowhd to get a louder voice. But sometimes it goes down and it really drives me crazy. How can I lock the volume at maximum? Could it be low battery resulted issue? By the way, I don't have any settings saved in memory card (xda uc or something else like that).
Can you tell me the values under:
HKCU\\ControlPanel\Notifications\ShellOverrides\

Sure, just like seen below.
First take a full backup. Then:
Change the values, which contains word "Volume", to 4294967295 (Dec). All others, set them to "0".

What ROM you are running?
Many JB kernels have In-Call Volume options in Advanced settings.
You can't increase the volume above build-in amplifier/speaker limits.

If music plays fine, then your speaker is good. You have 3 more things to check:
- What is notification and ringtones volume settings level? Set all sliders to max.
(you probably did)
- Is Ascending Ringtone (in Interface > Sound) enabled? Check Ringing Start Volume and Increase Interval settings.
(set about 40-50% volume for Ringing Start and 2sec for Increase Interval)
- What files you use for notification and ringtone? Some mp3 files are just recorded with low volume level.
(your problem most likely, try with default sounds and find something louder and high pitched)

[Q] what does Fauxsound really do? need explanation

I am a little confused about fauxsound. These "gains" and "amplifier control" simply just adjust the audio volume right? and the right ratio or something will reduce background noise? All these settings don't really affect the music quality right? What is the difference between the digital, analog/poweramp, and the moto x-specific amplifer gain settings? thank you very much. some suggested settings would be nice

Is it possible to separate ringtone and notification control volume ?

Hi,
I am about to buy a brand new N7P. But, as it's under andrdoid one, i would like to know if there are the same issues as for others android one phones.
Indeed, i had a xiaomi mi A2 for 2 days, i returned it because the control volume for notification (sms, whatsapp...) cannot be separated with ringtone (when you receive a phone call). It's the same setting, you can only put different the sound for both, but you cannot change the volume separately.
Moreover, even at minimum level of volume, it's was way to loud, really too loud. I tried to change this with third party apps, without success.
Does the Nokia 7 Plus has the same issue as it's under android one ? I did not find any help on the manual we can see on the nokia website
Thanks for your help

Yes the "issue" is present, just one setting for ringtone volume
At the minute this is an Android Problem. However if you're willing to wait for the official Android Pie (9.0) to drop this will fix the issue.
If you can't wait you can always install the beta. But the beta WILL wipe your device
Unlock bootloader
Magisk Root
Xposed systemless + latest 8.1SDK
Ringer & Notification Unlink module from playstore.
And final result:

Thanks for your input, maybe i will try this solution.
But, what about the minimum volume level ? It it possible to set it less loud too ? I mean, the minimum level is, for my preference, too much loud, so can we adjust it more accurately ?
Thanks
For that i saw somewhere another xposed mod - volume steps or similar.
