[Q] help related to updating LG P925 Thrill 4G (AT&T) (Unlocked)

Hi,I am new here and I need some help related to my LG P925 Thrill 4G (AT&T)
which i have unlocked as I stay in India and I use my vodafone sim card
here is the general info about my phone(attached image)
Android 2.2.2
L6260-MODEM-SIC-01.1042.00
kernel:2.6.35.7
Now i want to update my phone to GB is there a way i can do that because when i have been trying to do that with LG Mobile support
tool,I am getting this message:
"Software update is not supported for this model
Help me out in updating my OS..I am open to rooting the phone and installing a custom rom
shall i root my phone using megatron windows?
please help me out

I'm not sure about the availability of the updates in your region, however, you could install clockworkmod recovery and flash a GB KDZ ( I think V21E is the newest) and then flash a custom ROM. The latest Cyanogen Mod 7 Nightly (9-30) for the p920 has been running flawless for me and I highly recommend giving it a shot. With the theme chooser you can choose and ICS theme for that look and feel of 4.0 or 4.1. Take a look around the forums for some helpful guides on flashing KDZs and ROMs and read through a few ROM threads to get an idea of what you should expect.

You need to upgrade with kdz.. Find dark lestat thread in development marked tools follow exactly.

[Q] Flash ROM

Hello,
I want to change my stock rom on Optimus 4x HD but i'm not sure what do i have to do. I saw some threads about this but most of the links are expired. Right now i have : Android version 4.0.3; Baseband L6260.....02.1216.01; Software version V10d. Can someone provide me some instructions or working links? Thank you

First you need to do update to JB on your 4X HD then root him and unlock bootloader.Then you can flash custom roms.

u dont need to update through kdz. stock rom can update through lg center. the kdz method is used when u cant boot the phone after a mistake u did.

[Q] LG L90 Original Stock Firmware

MY wife did something to her LG L90 and now it wont turn on, I can get to the download mode. Can anyone tell me if there is a link to download the original LG software? I would just root it with towelroot and remove the bloat. Thank you in advance.

Bad Flash?

First of all thanks for this, My phone is a rooted LG G2 Verizon on Lollipop, I wanted to return to the kitkat for verizon version but the file wasnt on the link (Go Back to Stock thread) .. I was wondering if I can flash the 32GB Europe Open D80230b on my vs980? Will it brick it? Or return my phone into an intl. Lollipop? Because before I had a samsung s2 korean version and I flashed the intl. Jellybean rom and it worked, I'm new with LG, so I aint familiar with theirs.. Thanks in advance

Well your samsung s2 was fine with international because international roms are for outside US models. You need to flash verizon (vs980) roms for your vs980, flashing an international (d802) rom on your phone will not work well if at all. I can't tell you if it would brick your phone or not because I've never tried it and never will. So long story short, don't do it.

Original stock need for lg d855 10e

Hello i have problem with my lg so i want a root and twrp in my lg g3 and i must backgrade the stock to 4.4.2 . The lg download stock servers are broken and i cant find other links (i spend for sreaching a links a 5 hours i find and a stock but in TOT so i cant use lg flash app) . Can someone give me a link to download please i really need this stock . my version is d855 european 16gb no brand. Help!
