I think all roms, stock (any firmware) included has Hebrew language as well it has many others. At least CM has, anyway correct me if I'm wrong. Have a nice day.

Btw: The only difference with french standard keyboard is that "France" uses AZERTY instead of Qwerty...

Did you happen to do a backup before you flashed? If so, just restore your Swype backup and you should have that keyboard back. Post it here for the OP so he can have it too.

can't find this firmware, only version ripped from phones sent to Israeli service center.
some people here have their sources, so maybe one could get this firmware?

JPJPM support RTL but doesn't have hebrew (user interface/keyboards)

Yes, but only in the versions sold in Japan. However, installing Google's IME app for Japanese will give you everything you need.
