I too am looking for the same dialer apk. I read the moto g 2014 review from gsmarena and wonder if the new dialer's search for people and nearby places will work on the moto g 2013 with the same app from the new moto g.
This package contains dialer apk + odex file just extracted from my moto g 2014 :good:

Here you go. Set permissions the same as the other apps. Rename your originals do not delete.
This is from a Maxx but it should not matter.
Edit, here is the Dialer from Moto E 444 (priv-app).

With 444 there is no dialer. Rename your dialer. Paste the files & set permissions. Reboot

i'd like the manifest of the moto display app. If anybody is willing to help me please leave a comment and i can give you instructions. Must have root. That is if there is root for the moto x (2014) if such is true than disregard everything. I don't know if it even has one, so if anybody wants to enlighten me please feel free Thanks.

Some devices are unlockable and have root (xt1092, xt1095 at least do)
sending me the apk would also work. could someone without root use adb to pull it from the system?
