thanks but i have a simfree uk phone, and have only french Englang or Ireland...
I would like to install the french european Rom official...when doind this with the latest exe available it told me baseband problem...
Do you have a solution to have the like it would have been bought in France... ?

After using this assuming you are s-off and supercid, Change your cid to the cid of the French rom that you require then you will receive the appropriate ota updates.

hi guys im new to htc one m7 I just bought one used, but I have bought a GPE with 4.1.2 android JB, how do I flash a sense rom? and if I volume down + power button everything is Chinese language, how can I flash or unlock or root the device? need your help

Yeah SinlessRom GPe will be updated to 5 soon, it works without converting your phone to GPe

For updates you need stock rom and stock recovery. Bootloader status doesnt matter

tempered is not issue if system files are intact with stock recovery.

And i have installed firmware recovery_5.11.401.10. all in the same thread (sory for my english) I receive the update to Android Lollipop? Thanks

There is no lollipop update yet.
If you have flashed a 5.11.401.5 rom then use the 5.11.401.5 recovery not .10

No lollipop update till but there are update available for your phone as you installed Rom 6.09.401.5 & available is 6.09.401.12

how can i unlock htc one m8 gray sprint with 5.0.1 ,,,
problem consist with : HtcOMADM_SPCS
i guess there should be new version compatible with 5.0.1 version !!!

Did you check the General forum here? There are several SIM unlock methods outlined there.
