If you can do it from others roms, you can set apn like in other Rom and trying on this Rom. If doesn't work maybe there is a bug.

It is LCD screen. We have (in X8) two different screens. Toshiba and Hitachi. And problem in Alfs v09 is that sometimes the colours are messed up on hitachi screen.

I dont know if there is any connection between those... I have hitachi screen and cypress digitizer. I think that Sony just used what they had at that moment. When no synaptics they used cypress and vice versa. Probably same with screen UNLESS we can confirm that hitachi = cypress and toshiba = synaptics.
I see no difference screen between alfs V09 and alfs v08a. How do I check whether I have hitachi lcd?

with root explorer/browser go to /sys/devices/platform and find mddi_toshiba_hvga and mddi_hitachi_hvga. If the "driver" file is in ...toshiba... you have toshiba and vice versa

There shouldn't be much difference in quality but Toshiba has a rich past in manufacturing displays (first HD screen for phones is also made by Toshiba)
BTW there is no problem with Toshiba screens in Alfs v9 as u know.

no there is no connection.. i have seen hitachi with synaptics
I have hitachi + cypress , the best way to check it :
1.Flash alfs v09a
2.Real dual touch ?
-> yes , then is cypress
3.Screen cuts ?
->yes , then it is hitachi

I've got problem with apps update.
When I'm trying update spme applications I have info "Too low space on the disk", or something similar. Apps with problems: Beautiful Widgets, Tapatalk and GO TaskManager EX.
Every paid version apps I bought in Google Play. Everything is legal.
Please help me

Try another rom and pick app again or use SD Maid!

SD Maid doesn't help me. Changing rom isn't solution for me.

I could imagine you are on the official gingerbread rom. I think nearly every custom rom (at least all the ones which aren't a modified official gb rom) should have that fixed. I never had that again when I flashed a custom rom.
I prefer cm7 from temasek.
It has good battery life and so goooooooood performance for games (asphalt 8 works 30-25fps) camera works good and all things too? :]

Not realy im in ics stock rom with civiato kernel. But i noticed lattely that the battery is bigger than normal so it might be ir causing the probleme
I think its battery problem cause my freind had a similiar problem he touch his back of phone and it shut down (sorry for my eng)

i already done that but havent seen much diference
the main probleme that im having is the shutting off when ever the phone drops to 50% then when i reboot its still 50 why is it shuuting off
