Hey all, i do not know if anyone has noticed, but the release date for the UK release has shifted from the original 10th October to 17th of October. It would seem that 17th October is now the worldwide release date and that it will not be phased as previously stated by Samsung. My sources are via my pre-order at Carphonewarehouse as well as Samsungs offical pre-order page (i am not aloud to post direct links yet because of forum rules). There still seems to be a lot of false information about the release date kicking around the internet, with Know Your Mobile being one website that just created a news article stating that it is 10th October, i would presume the Samsung website is correct if they state 17th October.
A bit disappointing that it is not the 10th October anymore, let's hope they now stick to the new release schedule for the UK and do not shift it anymore, i presume it moved because they had to release early in South Korea/China.

As the title says, here will be a list of countries with no ICS release for our phone. But, with XDA, that problem will be overcomed with just one fingertip from XDA.
THIS IS NOT AN ICS DISCUSSION THREAD. DISCUSS AT THE THREAD STICKIED IN THIS FORUM. THIS IS ONLY FOR CARRIER SERVICE DISCUSSIONS.
So here are the countries with no ICS. Sources will be below them.

The info is all about Canada. No list about which countries receive ICS.
Will Asian countries (India) will receive ICS for OB or not ?
Couple of days back in XDA one member posted that LG OB and 2X will receive ICS and he showed the link that is believable.
But now this thread is disappointing LG users.
Still, news are whirling.....

Hi,
I see this has been mentioned in a thread, but just incase folk missed it, this battery is now available to purchase in the UK from Amazon UK for £25, free p&p.)
I posted the deal on Hotukdeals, and said how it seems to be popular with folk on XDA, I have been umming and ahhhing about getting it myself, and have just ordered.
Hope this helps, I have enjoyed Xda forums over the years, a great source of information.
