Just a question regarding loading data in email.
I have the lumia 930 and sometimes when I click on a email, I don't get the full email, parts of it will load and then at the bottom I get some weird figures like command lines, i'm using a 384kbs -410kbs data on a basic 3G, I can jump out of the email and return, and it's back to normal, I was wondering is it just the low speed internet connection.

Is this normal? I have set my Facebook for push notifications (1 hour sync intervals). Whenever I do get a notification, it seems to run more usage:

If I reboot the phone then it drops down to 10MB or less.
Is this a cause for battery drain? If it is not, then I'll stop worrying about it.

Today Gmail used 200mb over LTE - and my phone also seems to have over 900mb of unaccounted data. Is anyone experiencing anything similar?

I've had this happen on a couple other phones but did not know what was sapping my data. Reboot and that should fix it.

I'm continually getting "you are now connected to the internet" or the opposite. The message pops up and stays forever blocking part of the screen. Super annoying. Thing is even when it says I don't have connection I'm browsing the internet just fine. Anyway to disable this?

Well, the message tells you what happened. Someone/something may be intercepting your connection to www.google.com.hk. Make sure you're on a private network (no public WiFi etc.) and your phone OS is up to date and there is no spyware/malware etc. on your phone.
