I'm not to good with sense roms but i'll attatch dsp manager below.
Make a backup before you flash it in recovery because i dont know if it will work so unless some esle has an answer i guess your just gonna have to test it.

As far as i know DSP manager is best soung manager and equalizier for producing terrific sound effect till this date developed by CanyogenMod team.
HOW TO:
-THIS NEEDS YOUR DEVICE TO BE ROOTED

-then copy the downloaded apk at root to system/app.
-voila go back and check your app drawer there's this awesome DSP manager installed.

I think that the dspmanager is already installed in the cm10.1.
If not, if i remember well,you can go to music player and select equalization in the menu option.
A more effective dsp manager is present in gio section. (I guess)
