When I open the app it force closes. I've reinstalled it, cleared the data, revoked access and granted the access again, but it still force closes.
Does it happen to anyone else here?
I've checked the error log and logcat and it gives me a java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot find an account for user.
Problem solved in the last update.
My push bullet works fine, made a couple many pushes too

Hello All...
I"m having trouble with my Mail app. When I try to open it, it gives me this "the application email process com.android.email has stopped unexpectedly" and forces me to quit it. Did the following:
- Deleted all my emails.
- I did the "Clear Data" method that I read about in other forums.
- Rebooted my phone (many times)
And I'm still having the issue. Can anyone help?????
I'm running CyanogenMod 5.0.6-N1 on my Nexus One. Oh and I'm using Mail App to check my MobileMe email (don't know if that has anything to do with it).
Hey Guys,
I hope someone here can help, everytime i try and open gtalk, it just closes by itself before even seeing the application load screen. I ran a logcat and it said: "etalk ( 941): sign in account:failed to get gtalk connection"
is anybody familiar with this?
This suddenly happened to me too. Internet connection is still up as I can post this and gmail and market is working fine. I cleared gtalk data but that didn't work.
*Edit: Ok now Gmail isn't working too. I reset my Gmail password, rebooted my phone and re-entered the new credentials, and it authenticated fine. Just gtalk and gmail's not working.
Starting yesterday, whenever my Gmail tries to sync up my inbox, it causes all my GApps to force close (original post here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=7119344&postcount=2118) Turning off sync enables me to continue to use all other GApps and even load up the Gmail app. However, if I try to sync my inbox, whether it be manually or automatically, the force closes return. Does anybody knwo how I can fix this problem? I've cleared data so many times and it still does it.
Can't send from it either now.
Nobody's experienced this as well?
Got a fix
I experienced the problem on my brand new Samsung Vibrant from t-mo. Turns out, what worked for me was logging into gmail on a computer, creating a temp folder and moving ALL messages from the inbox into the temp folder you just created. Try accessing your gmail inbox from the phone now and it should work. You are then able to move all the emails in your temporary folder back to the inbox. Knock on wood, no troubles yet. Hope that helps.
Please help. I have a rooted Nook via auto nooter 3.0 and my Gmail app won't auto sync and it force closes when it is manually synced. I have read numerous threads and tried all of their solutions and nothing has worked. I have wiped the data off the gmail 1.3 and 2.1 update with titanium backup and it still force closes.
Any sugguestions? Thanks.
Mine doesnt force close but it does not want to send, delete emails. I fixed it once before by deleting gmail and installing through adb. I might have to do it again since my gmail won't send any email.
Sent from my LogicPD Zoom2 using XDA App
Same problem with force close on manual sync. Did the clear data thing, only kind of works. Found that going into labels and selecting "all" and it'll update but that's kind of bogus given the other email app works perfectly.
Definitely annoying.
Same problem here!
Sent from my rooted and over-clocked NookColor!
Gmail was fine for me for a week. Now it's constantly force closing. Tried adding the same account again and wiping data. Sometimes it'll fix it for a day, sometimes it won't fix it all. Rooted via Monster Rootpack.
Same issue here, it FC when I try to resync. Any updates on this?
I s there anything I could try? I am using minimalTouch, the rest of the apps work like a charm..
When I launch the Facebook app, it simply closes.
That doesn't particularly bother me, but apps that use Facebook to login are unable to do so.
Oh hell, Nevermind. I forgot to try uninstalling and reinstalling. Duh. That fixed it.
Yeah I had that issue. I uninstalled it so I could login to spotify and reinstalled it later and it worked.
I'm using the lollipop modified version and no issues. You can find it on apkmirror.com
