Download a Sense ROM and open the framework-res.apk using WinRAR/7zip

I would think so... what phone do you have? Has it been rooted? The size you stated earlier, I would probably look for a HTC Wildfire rom to pull the images from the framework.

Why not a Hero/Eris/Legend/Aria rom? They're MDPI while the Wildfire is LDPI.

Do you know how to read? MIUI!!! And actually if you do some research it works on stock too, but you need MiLocker...

for stock and other custom rom, use MiLocker in order to make this things work,but im afraid it will be laggy..In Miui it works smooth.

There are all LG G2 apk files who can make port apps and make rom for S3
Its maybe base AOSP or Sammy which is easier porting ?
