[Q] Verizon Moto X Bluetooth/Moto Voice - X 2014 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I upgraded a Verizon 2013 Moto X to the Verizon 2014 Moto X.
With the original Moto X, I activated OK Google Now - worked great. Installed the Google Experience Launcher. Still worked great.
With the 2014 Moto X, I activated the Ok Moto X - works great. Installed the Google Experience Launcher - still works great.
My problem is, when comparing the 2013 and 2014 Moto X's, when I turn on my bluetooth earbuds or start my car, when the bluetooth connects, the Blue Moto Voice app launches, waiting for my voice input. After a few seconds, my Play Music starts, as expected.
Is there any setting, etc (I've tried every combo I can think of) to prevent this from launching with a bluetooth connection.

[Q] Moto Voice activating when connecting to car Bluetooth (Turbo)
Anyone else experience this? I have a 2011 VW GTI and everytime I start my car, the phone connects to Bluetooth without issue but the blue Moto Voice screen pops up as if I said my catch phrase to activate it, but I didnt. Very odd. I have tried toggling Moto Voice in accessibility options with no luck. I did a search here and over at the OTHER forum with no luck. Disabling Moto Voice altogether I guess is a fix, but I actually use it so I don't exactly want to do that.

I've seen aftermarket stereos that have an option for something like that so there's no reason a stock stereo couldn't. It is usually in the voice command settings. You could also try turning all of the settings off in Moto Connect>Settings>Assist>Driving Sent from my XT1254 using XDA Free mobile app
I was having this issue in my Elantra, though it wasn't always as soon as bluetooth connected. The Moto Voice screen would also pop up randomly while I was driving. I think it might have been related to picking up sounds from the stereo, even though the music sounded nothing like the phrase. I ended up having to switch it off because it was getting so annoying. I have changed my phrase to see if that helps, I haven't had a chance to test it out yet.
I was having the same issue. Moto voice would activate as soon as my car connected. I simply disabled moto voice since I don't use it all that much. Still wish there was a fix for it.
Me three: random Moto Voice activations when connected to my 2011 Toyota Sienna Bluetooth. Did not find a solution & turned Moto Voice off.
Bug in Paranoid Android (Titan) 5.1 for Moto G 2014
I installed Paranoid Android 5.1 for my Moto G 2014 two days back. Can't hear anything during a call since then. Loudspeaker mode works fine, as does the headphones mode. Just cannot hear anything during regular call through the speakers. Any ideas how to fix this?
Moto Voice + Android Wear
Hi everybody, I recently noticed that the Moto Voice activation doesn't works when my Moto X is connected to my Sony Smartwatch 3! Is it just because of "OK Google" in my smarthwatch? Am I the only one with this problem? There's a way to solve this issue? Michele
MirrorLink on Moto X
Hi everyone, I bought a car that has a infotainment system that supports "MirrorLink interoperability" but I realised that Moto X or any Motorola phone does not has this feature. Somebody knows if there is a way to enable it by root the phone or any another way to make it work? I already root my Moto X. Best Regards,
