[Q] Untypical Xperia Z brick, urgent help needed - Xperia Z Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I know there were many similar topics but this case looks different. I've tried to update my xperia Z using PcCompanion (to newest available kitkat) during flashing i got an error and all I saw after turning it on was grey triangle with warning. PC companion see my phone but cannot repair it (I got error 100), during flashing three different OFW in flashtool it always stucks on kernel or system flashing (excluding them in installation make possible for flashtool to finish the job) It gives constant blue light in fastbot mode but when i'm connecting it in flash mode it only blinks green and then red for a second each and remains black. I can make force shutdown only when it's in charger and being in charger it only blinks with red light and when I want to turn it on it only vibrate once and do and show nothing. It was not rooted, has locked bootloader and battery over 60 % full. Now after a long fight it has unlocked bootloader, custom kernel with recovery acces and installed (i think) custom rom, but when i turn the phone on (what happens only when it's connected to charger) i see grey warning triangle and I'm stuck. Does anyone can help ?

[Q] I think my Xperia V got bricked

So yesterday while on a phone call, My phone just decided to turn itself off and never turn back on.
I can't get into the Recovery, and it's kind of stuck in a bootloop.
When i turn my phone on, it shows Doomkernal's logo, the led lights up purple, vibrates and it just repeats.
Please help!
Just flash stock ROM using flashtool or Sony Update Service.. :good:

Click to collapse
maybe it's a kernel related problem, so, instead of flashing a WHOLE ROM, FIRST tr to flash just a kernel via flashtools or fastboot
it can solve the problem
IF the problem still exists, then try to flash a stock kernel or repair via PC Companion or Update Service

[Q] Recovering my old X8

I found my old Xperia X8 and thought why wouldn't I try to get it running again.
Back in the day, I flashed a ROM which enabled Multitouch, and a few days later it fried my Motherboard.
Sent it to Service, they repaired it and a few days later it 'died' again.
At least that's what I thought. Now years later I've been thinking. It cannot be dead if it still vibrates now and then and if the LED is still flashing.
I went from 3 red LED flashes to constant red LED while charging, then constant yellow LED and finally it went to green LED.
However, the screen is not showing anything, so I assume it's a software issue or bootloop and need to re-flash it.
Now that I have the green LED my PC is installing drivers whenever I connect it. PCC doesn't recognize it, so I tried to boot into Flash Mode and the drivers wouldn't install.
I didn't try FlashTool yet as it won't run on the PC I am on curently, some .dll issues.
According to the information about the current state of my phone, are these signs good or bad (because I don't remember what certain LEDs mean as I didn't use that phone for years) and would it be worth flashing it? If yes, what stable Build would you recommend for my X8?
I flashed a stock firmware and tried flashing two different basebands.
I believe 06 attempted to boot once and turned off, the other baseband (a different number) is stuck on a endless bootloop without anything displayed on the screen (no logo or anything, just the background light going on and off).
Which stock ROM should I use together with a specified baseband? The model is E15i.

[Q] Xperia Z bootloop

I seeked through some threads like this and some others to revive the phone.. I would like to further verify the possibility to revive the phone while currently downloading flashtools and stock tft..
so here's the situation,
I was planning to deodex the 4.4.2 stock rom before proceeding to here in order to fix the lag issues.
And I followed this tutorial
Unabling to move the framework and the apps files, I moved the framework folder into other location using RE, which is what I expected to be the cause for bootloop situation.
The rooting did not unlock the bootloader, and I dont recognize CWM while rooting my phone.
Now, the phone could not get into flash mode, where the green led notification will be quickly followed by a red led light, and the blue led is fine but since I did not unlock the bootloader I guessed things wont go that smoothly via Fastboot. No, sony companion does not recognize my phone.
And everytime a bootloop cycle is over the phone will vibrate 2 times, what does that mean....
So please help to diagnose my situation or provide some suggestions...
I really hope that anyone can answer me
So according to the recovering guide, you need to wait the phone battery to drain completely and dies, how do I know whether my phone is dead? Now when I attempted to turn on the phone it gave me 3 red led and nothing else, and when I plugged it into wall charger the red led comes few seconds later and the sony logo comes up, the charging logo is there, is this battery dead by xperia z?
And when I attempted to connect the phone to flash mode the led shows red right after green then completely blank.... is this okay... Can someone please help...

Xperia Z keep rebooting

i'm kinda new to root.
i tried to root my phone earlier and it works, no problem at all.
then i try to flash Cyanogen.
i was unlocking bootloader with cmd.
it came to the step which was 'fastboot reboot', nothing happened.
the LED turned from blue to red, flashed a green one then black out.
i unplugge it then tried to turn on, vibrations and nothing happened.
i tried flashtool, with 'reboot device into system', my phone turn on then keep restarting when it reach the loading screen.
i tried flashing it, both C6602 and C6603(mine is C6603), didn't work.
please help, thank you.

[Q] HTC M7 wont turn on , wont charge, not detected by pc.

HTC M7 not detected by pc , wont charge tried everything. No led , cannot bo into bootloader mode. cannot go to recovery.
I flashed a modified hboot to remove the red text in boot animation. The CIR.img in the package destroyed my phone , the flashing failed and it gives remote 51 : partition update error. I fastboot reboot to make sure and did it again.
After that my phone and got stucked in the silver HTC screen with the 4 triangles in the corners. I fixed this by deleting the CIR.img in the hboot.zip and reflashed . The phone booted successfully went straight to recovery and reflashed CYANOGENMOD 12.1 but it wont charge and it stays on 0% battery but the pc can detect it , and the charger will boot it into charging animation but stays at 0% with LED light .
I took a 1 day rest , i think the battery got exhausted, did plugged it in a charger no led light , no more booting into charging animation. Tried going to bootloader pow+vol down , nothing.
Plugged into pc , nothing no led no charging, did pow+vol down , still nothing .
I am lost how will i manage to fix this phone this is the worst phone i got in my whole life it sucks the life out of me
Keep posting in the same thread please, you can bump your thread once a day if nobody answered, no need to create multiple threads for the same issue.
