I think first ask for this :
a. Are you on Gingerbread (Check on Settings > About Phone ! If your Android version is 2.3.4 or 2.3.5 or 2.3.6, you here to start !)
b. Are you already have CWM (Search some in these forum)

i tried before and somthing wrong happended and i brick my wifi but its now fixed
i want a way to root my phone safely and can i backup my whole phone before rooting ?
