[Q] Can't enable modules - Xposed General

Hello,
I just installed the Xposed Installer and added two modules. Unfortunately I cannot enable the modules. There ist the (unchecked) checkbox on the right. When I tap it, the module opens (and XPrivacy tells me that I have to enable it in Xposed). When I long press the box, a menu opens (open app, downloads/updates, support, app info, deinstall).
How can I enable a module?
Thanks.
Tom

Solved
Sorry for the post. I found out that my fingers are too fat compared to the small screen resolution and the not so accurate touch screen sensor.

How to disable touch wheel?

Hi,
I want to disable Touch wheel (whole "touch area") that is in bottom part of Diamond. I was trying to use Advanced Config or DiamondTweak to disable this support in certain applications, but without any positive results for whole phone
Can somebody help? I find this as very annoying feature.
Thanks for advice.
Install SensorScroll (use the search function), install it and open the sensorscroll settings (start menu). double tap the last line in the configurator and set 'mode' to always off.
This is written without actually testing it so some names might vary. be a little creative

[Q] Next song

Hi,
anybody knows a way to go to the next music song without using the Touchscreen?
Or an App that has this function integrated?
I am using Sennheiser headphones with a remote control with 3 Buttons (+, - and Play).
Thx for your help!

If You Are Using Xposed 2.5 Then Install Latest Version of GravityBox and In Media Tweaks Enable Long Press Volume Keys Skip Track ....Then Reboot and Then When You Are Playing Songs And Screen Is Turned Off ... Long Press Volume + Or Volume - Key on Phone Will Change Music
The above reply is for Xposed 2.5.
If you have Xposed 2.5+ (2.7 for example), disable resource hooks in Xposed settings, install the framework, reboot then find in downloads section of Xposed 'Physical Button Music Control', install it, enable the module and customize your settings.
You can do 2 short volume up press for next track, 1 long press, 3 short press etc, you can customize how you like it with that module.

2.5 doesn't need to disable resource hooks and also allows advanced reboot menu and customized nav bar and many other modules

Too many modules?

I have about 19 xposed modules activated and I was wondering if that may be too many. I have shortcuts to the power menu and I have noticed that these don't work anymore or are very slow, so I just use the old fashioned power volume button method.
I am trying to figure out what may be causing this because the shortcuts worked fine before.
I am trying to find whether some xposed modules or other apps may be interfering with the power menu shortcuts, but could it be that I just have too many xposed modules in general?

It depends on the modules.
Well written modules should have minimal impact. However just having xposed installed tends to slow the system down slightly.
I have 18 modules installed, and my system is pretty responsive.
I'd suggest dialing the modules one by one to find the culprit. You can also make a backup and uninstall xposed to see if it makes any difference.
Thanks, I found the problem. I had a setting checked in gravity box that had to do with the power menu that made other shortcuts to the power menu such as ones with neo power menu xposed module and rom toolbox shortcuts to reboot, etc, to not function properly.

Reprogramming the Left, AI button for custom actions

I'm not 100% sure this is the right forum, if it's not, some mod feel free to re-categorise it.
For a while I've wanted to assign custom actions to the single button on the left of the device, but the most I was able to find is an Xposed script that runs, and then you use the volume keys to pick a few baked in actions (These didn't work for me in the end anyway).
So I thought I'd post my working solution, note that it uses a paid app, I don't get any kickbacks or anything.
I'm using "Xposed Edge Pro". It has a "Keys" option, which you can add new keys too.
You just click the "add key" button, press the AI button on the left and it recognises it!
From there you can assign things for the button (and any other of the buttons) to do, it supports single click, double click, and click-hold.
I've got mine setup to open a 3rd party camera, and through the "Actions", start recording straight away.
There's a magisk module for this, free of charge.

Unfortunately that did not work for me, it's the one I referenced in my original post. I guess it doesn't work on all devices.
Interesting - on pixel experience plus if that helps with future rom decisions...

Question Flashlight on long press power button (or lock screen shortcuts) - Oxygen 13

Hi guys,
First of all, I do not use Gestures and its not activated. So please don't tell me you can do a V on lockscreen, I know already.
I used to have crDroid on my previous OP3T device. You could activate the flashlight on long press of the power button when the screen was off.
Is there any way of adding such a feature to OxygenOS? The device is rooted if it can help. Maybe an available package on F-Droid would allow such customization?
Alternatively, maybe a lockscreen shortcut button on bottom left along with the camera button?
Any way to quickly activate the flashlight with minimal handling of the phone/screen.
Thx
i am looking for built in feature too, but you can use this for now :
Key Mapper - Apps on Google Play

play.google.com
tested it: seems accessibility is off for this app for security reasons.
