@up
Of course, device sources are still the same
Dev-host link added to post #2
Unfortunately I get here too the 128MB storage bug.
This is only for d405/n not for d415 ._.
Hi @judas1977
Can you update this ROM to beta 5?
Sure I can. But... It's hard to maintain 4 projects, especially when users base is so poor (low motivation). I'll try to do it next week.
Thanks bro

I synced repos for non oficially supported devices (legacy) and output is still beta 4.6 with no DSB. Maybe i'm doing something wrong...
EDIT: OK, now i got it - it's 4.6 BETA 5
There is no DSB though...
But i think i added it by myself [ok, not really by myself from zero]
OK, what's next:

Nice! Good job helping the L90 community to get better and better. :laugh: Unfortunetly I can't test Mahdi 'cause I have the D410. I just want to recommend (alert) for those who have other variants (D415 and D410) don't flash D405 ROM's, it will boot as normal but the system won't work at all. Thanks.
@all
sorry i was sick the last days

What is "Polaków"?
So unlike latest build from shoxxy, with this one I don't have a bootloop, but I do get the 128MB storage bug and can't use the camera app (it force closes) maybe because of the 128 MB bug and Wi-Fi got stuck when enabling. Apart from this worked ok. Looking better than shoxxy's at least for me lol.
Installed and testing at the moment, everything looks ok. For me performance is like carbon (shoxxy). It's nice to see 2 good roms for d405n! (I also like cm11, but the camera is poor and no front camera). So keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried this is equal to slimkat thanks!
After reboot Antutu : 18265 score.
Sent from my LG-D405n using XDA Free mobile app
This is fantastic!! I have a D415 but still, I LOVE it when I see any development for the L90! Thank you for your work!

It's got 8gb internal storage, but half of it goes for system, so for user it is 4gb to use for private files. Also, indeed it's got micro SD slot

Hello, little update is comming:
BUILD 2 [2014-11-04]
* Android version - 4.4.3
* Mahdi ROM version update to 2.9 FINAL
* Mahdi sources update [up to 2014-11-03]
- some fixes in services Telephony
- Apollo translation updates
- Trebuchet fixes and translations
- LockClock translation updates

- many updates to Settings.apk
- Themechooser fixes and translation updates
- fixes and code clean up of framework (frameworks/base)

* compiled with variant "user":

So i am asking this and it is a serious question. Is this compatible with the American LG-D415? Most roms here are not. I have chexked most of them.
Turns out I had the wrong recovery. Lucky my device still works at all.

Yes, i know that we have other project /thread/ with Carbon ROM for L90 - d405 variant. But i want to share my version of ROM, because... it's my "natural" ROM - i maintained threads with Carbon based on Android 4.3.1 and 4.4.x for my previous device... For now - my L90 builds - are quite "standard ones", but i want to develop that ROM in some... other way, making it even more unofficial. First step would be removal of some "junky" apps - mostly like live wallpapers and so on... Next step - optimizations: i'll try to compile future builds using custom toolchains (Linaro/sabermod) in higher than default versions... I don't think about that separate Carbon projects as a competition - it's rather about giving the community more choices.

We are set out to bring you an all around customizable Rom experience. To be able to theme and mod the Rom the way you want. From your LockRing to SoftKeys to Status Bar Icons ... etc. This concept was birthed on The Candy Shop on XDA Developers. CANDYKat will also be a evolving project that will always be a priority of the team. The Candy Shop and CANDYKat Sweetner Packs are your tools provided to make the Rom your own.. We hope to constantly evolve the Rom and the ability to change the look of UI to suit your needs. As well as push the envelope with development and theming to supply a Rom that will always represent you and your individuality.
This is Candy5. Built straight from CyanogenMod source with commits from a variety of different Sources/ROMS. We wanted to give the users a fun, fully customizable ROM.We aim to add more features as this project progresses.

Yes, it's Candy Time. For now - Candy5 L90 builds, just like any other - are quite CM-like, but i believe CandyROM devs will develop it in their KK way, making C5 unique and beautiful.

Nice!!
Fantastic! Although I have the D415 model this is still an awesome rom to add to the mix!! :victory:
Great! Flashing on sunday
screenshots ? i will try.
Deep sleep problem and lift tot wake. (so you can't use it as daily driver)
In Android 5.0 it synchronises your apps from the playstore automaticly.
But: fast!!! And beautyfull
Sent from my L90 using XDA Free mobile app
Completely jealous, I would love to flash this but unfortunately I have the D415.
I am really curious about your gaps package though. Running cm11 or PAC ROM my system partition is largely empty. I move many apps there but that just screws up any dirty flashes.
Great job bringing this ROM to the l90.
Man.. Should have bought a D405. All roms are 405
Anyway to run on D410?
What's with the D405 and D415? Why are both phones listed here if roms can only work for one or the other? Is there a way to get roms to be bi-compatible with both types of phones?
Awesome work : Candy 5 for D415
Awesome job guys :highfive: , praying for D415 release.
I try it on d410, system ui Just enter in a crash loop, i hope this rom get d410 compatibily

No I'm saying lots of roms usually support D405 or D415 which are two different versions of the same phone. It just seems like these phones should get their own section or at least give developers a guide on how to make their roms work on both types.
DeepSleep issues (use Performance/Powersave Governors only!)
What is meant by that? I found the Powersave option under the battery option, but ow do I activcate Perfomance?

They are kernel settings for the CPU. Look for anything for performance, kernel, CPU...Normally these settings are behind a warning screen also.

If not in the rom, but kernel supports it...setCPU (in market) has been doing this since the days of the og EVO.

Hello. Its possible to make rom for d410?
Sent from my LG-D410 using XDA Free mobile app
Will this ROM work on d415? I just got my phone and haven't rooted yet but SlimRom is my favorite and really want to install SlimRom after I root. Another thing is I use my phone as my remote everyday and I can't go with out the IR, any chance of this getting fixed in the future?

The D415 will work with any of the 4.4 roms with BigMajster's patch 3.0 found in the CM 11 thread. IR will eventually be fixed and if you cant handle without IR then stick with stock.

OK, its pretty simple so I'm not gonna fill up the page with useless junk,
this source is pure caf and some code is modified with some optimization/device/substratum commits.
The Aim is to keep it as close to AOSP as possible,
if you want any features added go to the plenty of other ROMs available.
This is for folks like me who want a clean rom as close to pure aosp as possible.
What's CodeAurora Forums ?
Code Aurora Forum (CAF) is a consortium of companies with projects serving the mobile wireless industry. Software projects it concerns itself with are e.g. Android for MSM, Femto Linux Project, LLVM, MSM WLAN and Linux-MSM. Code Aurora is basically AOSP plus all Qualcomm specific enhancements and optimization.
