I want to know if d2lte (Samsyng Galaxy SIII LTE) roms (cyanogenmod 11 M11 rom) will work on i9305?
If not! why d2lte has cm 11 M11 and i9305 has just nightlies even the two devices are almost the same!!

No, d2lte is dual core and this is quad core.
Why d2lte is better supported than i9305

Because the i9305 is an uncommon phone due to it releasing a couple of months before the S4 came out. Also, I remember reading that the CM team doesn't like Exynos (the type of core used in the i9300/5). Nightlies are fine anyway, just look through the topic and find one that people say is good.

I wonder why there is no official CM11. I want to buy a small phone - thinking about S3 mini or S4 mini.
I've seen there's official CM11 for S4 mini, but only unonfficial port for S3 mini.

Its better be unofficial we are taken a great care by maclaw and we dont even get kitkat its all the maclaw and benz and thehacka andd rest of team

afaik the cyanogenmod developers don't and won't own an S III mini to develop on. i.e they don't care about this phone. nevertheless, the unofficial maclaw port is really nice.

i have been looking for the maclaw github im sure the guide is not much more different from this one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2555094 but no luck on the github. i think that is all that is needed. dont know

And do CM developed ROMs for this phone are bugless?
I ask because the roms for galaxy s2 are not fully compatible because of lack of source code.
I'm looking for a bugless rom with good battery life and faster ui than the stock.

Only one s3 mini is available not others. If you are talking about gti8190 or gti8190N or gti8190L I think i8190 but these are really very simiral and have same Roms. I8190n had NFC support but I don't know what it is! I8190L I think is for north America but I'm not sure...

I want to know why the S3 I9300 has CM11 M9 and I9305 S3 4G doesnt have one!
I m really bored from buggy nightlies! And I want to use Stock Android but a stable one!
Shouldnt a M and the nightly from the same day be similar ?
Having to fire up my old i9305 LTE but having a problem finding slimrom for my variant?
Can find i9300 but no i9305?
Unless it's known as a D2LTE?
