There is a mismatch between the reset rom version you are you using and the firmware version installed on your phone (6.12.161.8 vs 2.24.161.1). Firmware and software version must match in oder to take ota updates. You will need to find a nandroid backup that match your version or something else that match (reset rom, RUU) or use custom roms.
And btw, remove your IMEI and serialno

Thanks for your reply, but I'm still unsure how to get back to stock

well your firmware version cant be downgraded unless you s-off the phone so you might want to check for a nandroid backup that match your version . Restore that backup and stock recovery and you'll be stock.
Are you going back to stock for warranty purpose?
If not just s-off the phone, change CID/MID and use another version RUU (there is no RUU for VODAP001)

Would anyone have our know where I can get a nandroid backup, for my version please?

1- edit your post and remove IMEI
2- explain in more details what went wrong, there is an RUU for you, but before rushing to RUU, you should explain the problem... what did you flash, what happened, when did it happen, and any info that you would consider important

As BenPope mentioned please elaborate what it's doing, because I can confirm the 4.19.401.9 works (with LOCKED bootloader and S-ON): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52127142&postcount=30

+1
and also check that you have latest ADB version if you want to use sideload (1.0.31)
and check your drivers are correctly installed
I have a Vodafone backup that you can use, however you will have to wait till I get back from work now before I can upload it.
Its android 4.4.2 with the related firmware 4.19.161.1
You will need to flash the recovery I supply and create a couple of TWRP folders on your internal storage for it to work where you will place the backup in order for TWRP to see it, you will need the serial number of your phone too as one of the folders is named your serial number.
Also included is the matching firmware for it, I will not be held responsible for bricks if a flash goes wrong etc though, you update this completely at your own risk.
I'll PM you the link later if you want it.
it supports the following models:
modelid: PN0710000
cidnum: VODAP001
cidnum: VODAP102
cidnum: VODAPE17
cidnum: VODAP405
cidnum: VODAP304

It looks like you can use the X.XX.401.X RUU for you CID. You can find one here. Just make sure that you get the same or higher RUU for your ROM version.

Before you flash a different hboot, take a look at Guru Stock Rom Resets first. There is one for your version number, I don't know what type of checking it does but you might have to change your MID first. You can use this [Tool] MID change without ENG HBOOT.

[Q] Going stock 4G -> LTE

Hey guys,
I want to try to go stock with my HTC One (CID HTC__102).

If you want full stock and get OTA updates, then download this and flash in TWRP recovery, select flash stock recovery in the installer but don't select flash radio, you will get an update as soon as you've set your device back up, ie region, gmail account, facebook etc.
(be warned, this might set you back to s-on)

well with s-off you could simply flash the latest version ruu for your version (.401) and start over with a fresh install of your OS or you can do what mentioned above.

note that modding this file will probably prevent you to install future ota unless you revert the changes before each ota.
Hey,
I have tried every link and zip and I still getting the 4G symbol.
The SKU in de zip files is 42, the correct one for my country.

Hi all, I have a problem and don't know how to fix it , I dissasembly my HTC One recently to replace the battery, but with bad luck that I damaged the motherboard. So I have to replace it. After reassembly my HTC, it stuck in bootloop splashscreen.

If you disassembled your phone and broke something then we can't really help. You've said that you were able to flash a RUU but the phone still doesn't work so its most likely an hardware problem otherwise flashing a RUU would have solved any firmware/software issue.
but there is no way to find out which is why that does not happen there, what part is the problem?

Yep thats the right file for your phone so this is probably an hardware problem. Maybe you should disassemble it and check everything again

Probably be the dumbest person in the universe right now. The problem was back cover that it had nfc chip, and I didn't assembled.
Now start perfectly, but it doesn't detect two cameras, and this part I didn't disassembly.
SW or HW problem?

You are far from being a dumb person if you were able to disassemble this phone, one of the hardest model to repair yourself.:good:

Well you can try to reflash the RUU again, if it still doesn't work after a ruu flash, its for sure an hardware problem (Flashing a RUU fix everything that is related to software).
