If you're having problems in flashing things read this post
Flash the zip normally just like how you flash ROMS (Or specially if you want)
If flashing takes only seconds its an error, flashing ROMS must take atleast 5secs
If you are facing any FC in any part of the ROM try doing a full wipe or Keep Calm and Use Odin

Google Apps Package 3/01/13 for 4.2.2
Installation:
Make sure you have SafeStrap 3.05 or higher HashCode's how-to-safestrap
These builds are KEXEC and work on any stock system version
Reboot and hit menu at the SafeStrap splash screen
Create Rom-slot3 (NOTE: this will only work in slot 3)
flash ROM
flash Gapps
reboot
Issues:
Please report all bugs at http://androidhosting.org:8050. Look through the known list before just posting there may likely already be a solution or response.
If you are having issues with WiFi turning on after flash. You can either just reflash the ROM and Gapps without wipe and reboot or in adb shell or terminal emulator 'su' enter 'wifical.sh'
If you boot to a blank screen and it stays there more than a minute or so after the kexec vibrate you need to reboot to SafeStrap switch to stock and boot it (optionally uninstall and reinstall recovery from the SafeStrap app). Then reboot and select your ROM slot and it should boot fine.

Did you try putting it in slot 1? Seems all the latest Kexec roms require using Slot 1 in Safe Strap 3.05. Am downloading now to test.
EDIT: Noticed in the information of the rom, it requires Slot 3... go me
EDIT2: Can confirm, boots to black screen.
Tested in slot 1 and 3, Gapps linked here, and JB Gapps 20121212 for 4.2.1... Doesn't boot in any situation.
I have the same problem, flashed rom on slot 3, switched back to stock like op said, then back to slot 3, still a black screen, any updates on this? Looks like a killer rom...
uh guys, maybe it's dumb, but have you tried this?:

Exact same thing, just a black screen after safestrap. Tried slot-3, slot-1, double flashing, booting stock/removing safestrap, etc. Neither 2.1 or 2.2 boots.

Concur. I didn't notice any change from the prior version either. Still a no go.
New nightly link in OP new builds just posted.
Any word on the boot up issue yet? I really want to try this out

Honestly it seems to be related to the processor revision (silicone) some boot some don't hopefully new kernel fixes this

FWIW tried installing/running the latest version (7/01) but still getting the black screen on boot. Tried slot-3...tried slot-1...no luck.

This happens a lot with bieltv.3's CM7 based ROMs...
First, download and install Superuser. Then go to SuperSu and update the binary. Root access should start working.

If flashing takes only seconds its an error, flashing ROMS must take atleast 5secs
If you are facing any FC in any part of the ROM try doing a full wipe or Keep Calm and Use Odin.

Thank you, but I wasn't able to install Google Services with Hangout and somehow LInk2SD didn't work as expected. (you know, teenagers I was installing it for (cousin) are demanding...)
So I had to revert the phone to Stock 2.3.6 with modified Boot loader? (not sure) to allow unlimited /data on SDCARD.
Can we install them without the sd card ? i don't have any.
Not able to remove soft Buttons(with build prop tweaks).
Hindi font is not available.
Lock screen is clumsy. The slide shortcut are overlapping (they are middle of phone) the clock. Due to which clock is barely visible.
