I think it's turn off the device when the device ran out of battery. It's shut down the device when the battery ALMOST gets empty. So don't try to remove it...

i dont know if its sleep of death, it comes sometimes when i lock the screen and then i try opening it again put only backlight comes on but i can still use touch screen and hear things and vibrates. And by crash i mean when i enter pin code or lockscreen code, i think it crashes system.ui because it "unlocks" but i cant scroll home screens, nofication bar disapears and back, home, recent buttons disapear, but i can still press power button and that menu pops up where i can close phone and take screenshot. Ps do you know root app that can manage startups because all in one toolbox didnt enable autopoweroff

Maybe your app messed with something...
Reflash your ROM. It will help you for sure. But backup your data first. If you have a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP so just flash a ROM without data wipe. If not helped so wipe the data then flash the ROM. I really don't have any idea about this problem but flashing the ROMs will help..

Flashtool don't need rooted or unlocked phone to work.
Stock and stock based ROMs are the best. They are optimized for the phone. So they will work great.

You really can't flash custom kernel with flashtool. You can only from recovery (CWM-TWRP) or fastboot mode.

I know, I flashed it via fastboot. Then got a msg "<Remote: command not allowed>" . Tried with CMW too. After that phone didn't boot. I had to reflash FW.

No the problem isn't with the drivers. Remove the ".exe" from "fastboot" from the second command. And try.
