i think he is asking that because you cant NORMALLy install CM9 Xperia S launcher look for it somewhere in xda it's a cwm flashable one (not sure but i think someone posted it here at x8 themes and app section but its Xperia GX launcher but it's almost the same

yes, i like a Home that ROM
and ROM is fast n smooth, but headset is not working....

Cool. Installed by replaceing settings.apk in priv-app on ODEX firmware and all works fine! Thx!

[Q] Noob question, what to root my C6606 to? rom, kernal? etc

Hi I'd really appreciate some help! I'm totally lost. I need someone to PLEASE explain some of this to me like i'm 5!
I've been trying for hours to understand what steps to take in getting a working 4.4.4 version on my Xperia Z and i'm close to giving up.
I've followed the guide and unlocked my bootloader successfully. Here's what it shows about my phone:

Flashing stock 4.4.4 does not require BL to be unlocked.
you can use flashtool to flash the rom
Download any 4.4.4 firmware for 6602 rom from here
Download flashtool from here

How to flash it
make sure to be on a rooted rom with Philz recovery
download saving the rom on your External SD
reboot to Philz recovery
wipe (data, cache, dalvik/art cache) and format (cache, system, data)
flash rom

I have an xperia z ultra and i thought to do a pleasure to upload stock firmwares for Z2 and Z3 too...i didn t see all the projects developed before.

Extract this folder and you will find 4 flashable zips
Copy them to your device and flash it using recovery
You ROM must be deodex!!!
If you dont have your ROM deodex use this utility: http://www.xda-developers.com/deodex-your-xperia-with-a-simply-windows-utility/
Flashing this deodex zip might reset your device
There are other ways of deodexing your roms on xda
Also make a nadroid backup before flashing any of the zips above.
I take no responsibility of any damage done to your device. Do this at your own risk.

I am soon going to make video demonstrating how to deodex your rom and get a complete Android L look.
