Lolol

1. Are the hardware # fix? A flash will not update it?
2. Did the Note 3 have different hardware revision?

I simply was wondering if there were any hardware changes since release. I noticed that att note has hardware rev 0.2 that is much lower than tmo 1.1 and assumed that would be identical phones with different firmware.

You do see it says "UNROOT" , right?
We're so desperate for root around here that we'll jump any little thing we see. I'm just telling it like it is, unfortunately.

Wow, apologies for me not reading the fine print. But...if it says unroot shouldn't that indicate you can root the S5? Or only international/unlocked model?
Obviously, it is for the international version because they are phones that have been granted access to root.
This is at & t, and the story does not come with unroot since no one has yet done a root to wanting a unroot.
my god that thread so noob
I wonder if anybody has tried a rooting method or exploit with the phone in ART mode.

"I'm sure they have tried" is not the same as it has been tried. How about switching to ART and running some old exploits??? ?

Smh... Do u guys really think that the devs have been working on finding an exploit all this time and that they have not considered doing that? You guys need to think and relax.

Exactly, that's what I was thinking but I'm sure it's been done already. Just a thought. Trying old exploits may work but I'm sure it's been tried.

Use the directions in this thread. It's in the T mobile thread but works for the AT&T version also. I did it last night and noticed a big difference.

Yes that is easier. I like to do things myself so that I know what is actually changing so that I learn a little more. But either way works.

[Q] Is there a mod to enable all apps for multi-view?

It's been a bit since I've been on a sammy, and I remember seeing this in the past...is there a mod for the note 4 to accomplish this?

Multi user on the G4?

Is there anyway to get multi user on our G4? I am coming from the Nexus 6 and that was probably the best feature of lollipop 5.1.1.
Any ideas? Anyone?

Not with out root, but once we do I've already started a thread. I obviously haven't tested it on the 4, but I did on the G3 that also lacked it and it works.

If you want development with all the increases in security on Lollipop and more planned on Marshmellow...you should consider the Nexus phones. 2 are due out soon from LG and Huawei.

the nexus 6 is on vzw.. thing is with nexus devices is they are typically not tampered with like carrier branded devices.. think of it like the iPhone.. they are very similar across the board.
