Even if I turn on the option and set screen timeout to 15 sec in an extremely well lit room it doesn't seem to be working. I believe I might have a faulty model. The front facing camera and active display work fine so I'm not sure why this feature seems to be faulty. So far everything else on the phone has been amazing without issues (battery life, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, screen brightness and everything else that people are complaining about).

I don't think there's a "fix" for the wake lock. Back on 4.2 there was a zip to update to latest WiFi drivers which reduced the wake lock (for me at least). But this is probably already implemented in 4.4 and I don't have such high values. Did you disable WiFi checking when WiFi is off? Maybe that's causing this?

Yea disabled all that kind of stuff, on data it sleeps like a baby!
Hey all,
I had to replace my old Droid 4 with another due to hardware issues.
My newer Droid 4 is running the same build on the stock side, but for some reason I cannot get the power menu to work on the lock screen like it did with my older D4 (see pic).
My new D4 will flicker the power menu for a second but I can't use it to toggle sound/airplane modes anymore, any ideas what's different between the 2 phones? Thanks!
Here's how it works on my old D4:

50 views and no ideas hmm, factory reset might be in order
Factory reset got it working again, feel free to delete this thread. Thanks. Was an issue with app settings in Prey.
I'm on a T-Mobile note 5 using Extreme Debloated 2.8 with the latest SkyHigh kernel
I used to get close to 2 days of idle time on my phone now I'm barely hitting 12 hours.
Here's some screenshots of my usage and wake locks. The weird one is WiFi Running always at 100% even though I disabled the option to scan WiFi even with the phone off. However plugging in the phone seems to stop it.
Anyone have similar issues? Could use some advice. I know it's not Tinder because I don't ever get matches!

Hi, anyone else have an issue with the screen like the display driver crashed? Basically the entire screen is pixelated and illegible.
The digitizer still partially works, but when I tap where the shut down icons should be, nothing happens.
I tried a reboot with Vol Down + Power, but there it just reboots with the same messed up display.
I am also unable to access the bootloader, since it won't properly shut down. Also don't know how to boot into safe mode without being able to read the display.
Called Samsung and T-Mobile, no help there. Any ideas? Much appreciated.

Sorry, I think I cannot post the photo, guess I haven't participated in the forums enough.

Phone worked flawlessly at first but now the incoming call screen is sometimes so faint that I can barely see any of the info (phone number) on the screen. I cannot reproduce the issue at will. It is an intermittent issue. I use the stock, Google phone dialer and I have not taken any updates for it.
When this happens, the screen itself is plenty bright but it looks like a webpage with a modal that fades out the text.

Faded:
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I was hoping the April Android update would fix this but it made no difference.
Another thing that started happening around the same time is that sometimes I cannot turn on WiFi. I have to reboot.
