Building AOSP XPeria Z1 ROM from Sony open sources with no wifi and no bluetooth
I managed to build a ROM for Z1 from AOSP, bootable and working but with no WiFi nor Bluetooth.
Followed Sony guidelines (how-to-build-aosp-kitkat-for-unlocked-xperia-devices) right from their developer site.
Previously I tested a nightly build from CM which worked fine for WiFi and others.
Just that I don't want to fork CM and wanted to build my ROM directly from the ground (AOSP). I'm still trying to make WiFi work on my build with no success yet.
Any directions I have missed along the way?
Is it possible to compile aosp rom with Sony's kernel, eg. For locked bootloader?

I had the same problem: after flashing nightly 22/10, I had no sound on my side when calling. In other apps, the sound works. However, after reflashing my previous nightly (16/10), the problem persisted. I even tried an even older nightly (14/10), and I wiped the cache and dalvik cash partitions. I even once wiped the system partition an reflashed the nightly. So far, I still don't get any sound when I am in a call. Did you simply reflash nightly 16/10 to fix this problem? Does someone else have some suggestions to fix this?
This has just happened to me on the 26.10 nightly

Can I use Boeffla 2.11 stable with Cyano 10.1.3 ?
I couldn`t find any online link with compatible version.
Can anyone tell me if there is any boeffla kernel version compatiblme with CM 10.1.3??
I`m having ruge problems with CM 11, CarbomRom, LiquidSmooth etc related to wakelocks.
I`m on a battle with my battery life, maybe with cm 10.1.3 and boeffla kernel I can perfom some underclock and undervolt to improove my battery life.

Flash Player on Kit Kat
Can someone help me to get flash player working? I've tried the hacked adobe apk and the old ICS flash player apk. Neither of them seem to work. I've been using Boat Browser but I also tried Dolphin Browser. I was able to watch flash videos on JB with the ICS flash player apk with no problem. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

5.4.4-Battery Issues
Hey Guys,
I am a noob... so take it easy on me....
So I bought the Verizon Moto X 32 GB DE, so that I could do experiments and find something stable and to my liking and MOVE away from iPhone. So understand this is an iPhone to Android mover.
Did my research and finalized on CM12.1 for the phone, found many threads giving the 12.1 Official and GApps and then some going with the Nightlies. Installed the Official 12.1 but it would not boot, was stuck on the boot logo...
Did some more research and found out had to load 11 then 12.1, so how is 102.1 stable in it's own then???
Anyways, flashed the Nightly for 12.1 and everything was OK. Still have not moved over from iOS, as I am still using that as my daily runner. I will not move untill I find a stable and tested ROM Then I installed the 5.4.4 of ResurrRom, it is all good, but in 30 mins my battery was drained to 3% from 65%, so I am thinking I am not doing something right or that this ROM has issues.
Now the Questions:
1) Where do I find the previous versions?
2) GApps keeps on crashing, what is the way out for this?
3) Although I like the ResurrROM with all its tweaks, IS there a better more stable CM12.1 ROM, as I like themes, or is there another ROM that can be Themed as well?
4) Is there someplace where testers tell about various ROMS in one place..? so that someone like me can choose which ROM based on testing and go with the best and most stable...?
Any Help would be highly appreciated

bootloops? ts problems?
did you format system?
try safe kernel (stockish ram/sgx/dsp timings)
http://www.mediafire.com/file/0kci9mvja4b9ssn/jb_safe_kernel.zip
or safer kernel (doesn't reprogram core clock at boot, exact stock timings)
http://www.mediafire.com/?do6yfe1c79v7xj7
or safest (same as safer with cpu max at 800mhz instead of 1000)
http://www.mediafire.com/file/926lgj8qu2a8l8s/jb_safest_kernel.zip
still no go?
try ics build here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=29471613&postcount=1855
with 160mhz kernel
then wipe everything and try this build again, or enjoy ics :]
if you get stuck without touchscreen don't sbf back to stock
try safe kernel and ics build, if you still have troubles pm me

Does this ROM come with a file manager? I've looked through the app drawer, the install zip's and this tread and can't find anything. Am I missing something or was it forgotten?
