[Q] [S3 Mini Value Edition] CWM or TWRP Recovery - Galaxy S III Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
it is possible to put CWM or TWRP recovery on my Galaxy S3 Mini Value Edition (Model I8200)?
Probably yes, but how? I have tried (Yes I know, sorry) to flash the Recovery from the "Golden" on my phone. When I have done that, it boots up, crashes and don't enter in the recovery.
If I don't hold any buttons, it boots up (Android). But I already have messed up with the Recovery
Fixing the recovery can only be done with flashing a valid one now or putting back the Stock ROM (And I don't want stock)...
So, I have tred to make a CWM Recovery for the phone, but the files necessary to pull from the phone, I don't find on my phone (Maybe it differs from phone to phone).
I REALLY want CWM on that phone and I will try everything that you guys says to make on that phone. If you need any files, I will back right up and upload there.
Thanks in advance
EDIT: Here are some files that you guys will prbably need: (Extracted from ".tar.md5" Stock ROM)

Here a picture of the content of the Stock ROM if anyone need to know what's in...

[Q] Flashing CWM Recovery - can't see my phone model

Hello all! Hopefully, I put this thread in correct section. If not, please move it.
Anyway, here is my question.
I installed ROM Manager because I want to try some other ROMs on my SGS i9000 and when I want to flash the CWM Recovery, the only option I get is Google Nexus S. Is this normal? Should it show my model? Can there be any problems if I choose Google Nexus S option?

Thank you!
What ROM are you currently on ? if its a custom ROM you may have the Nexus Drivers, and that could be why it is only showing you that option.
there are many other ways of flashing a custom ROM so dont give up if ROM Manager starts acting up.
i personally prefer a flash with ODIN and all update Flashes through CWM
I recently upgraded from 2.2.1 to 2.3.3. Here you can see more info:
As far as i know, this is not a custom ROM, just leaked one. Or am I wrong? I upgraded it with ODIN too and it wasn't hard, I just think it would be even easier, if i didn't have to use the computer and could download ROMs directly on the phone.

Hehe thats very easy to fix.
1. download ODIN and install it on ur pc.
2. go here http://www.theandroidsoul.com/fuguroot-galaxy-s-how-to If u r rooted then skip this link!!!
3. go here and install the GingerReal rom then it will work

Edit : U might need a korean kernal but try first the one used in the link 3.
That's because you're running Recovery 3e, which only flashes verified and signed update.zip packages. This is not the case for most of the content coming from XDA. Thus, you must either acquire Recovery 2e, or better yet, CWM Recovery. Search here for help regarding the same..

Can't access CWM (with pics)

Seems my problem is so different from others, i think.
so here are some pics of it so you can understand my problem for i can't really describe it.

Did you do ever flash using Heimdall or Odin?
I'd rather go the procedure described for installing the OVERCOME rom. - It's pretty safe and if you follow all steps, you should end up with a fully working device.

Power Reset or Unkown upload mode

Hi guys since I flashed the THP rom fo rmy s3 4g, when trying to going to recovery (vol up + home + power) it give this error, then i've rooted and put a CWM but when i'm trying to going to CWM (this blinks the options) and show this messagens...
bottom line, since i've flashed THP dor the first time doing the "trick" goint to do recovery (original one) my s3 is always showing me off this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
At now I've unrooted and take out the CWM. I've flashed again the THP rom via Odin again, and 've tried to go to the original recovery again, the S3 show that images again....
Help me guys
the phone it's 100% functional but wont let me go to the original recovery or a custom recovery..
I've found a solution in Galaxy Note II forum:
Also hold vol up+home+power and when you see the splash screen,release immediately the power button.You ll normaly go to recovery.It is a known bootloader bug

BUT
I'm watting for opinions please.

[HELP] i9305 Bootlooping and ODIN Stock firmware fails

Hi All,
I'm looking to fix this S3 from this boot loop problem. It ended up in this problem from use, not by firmware changing.
ODIN Fails almost immediately when trying to Flash.

I've used the Firmware file name: I9305XXUFNI3_I9305DBTFNI3_DBT from a XDA forum page
This was running Stock Firmware (Grey Import) with root via Framaroot. No Custom Recovery or any Custom changes like Radio firmware).
Before my replacement phone arrive, I had a very similar problem one day and I attempted to do an ODIN Firmware flash to recover, it failed to flash then also but must have done something because my phone continued to work for another 3 months.
I have recovered everything I needed during this time but now I want to get this phone working again.
I can't see anything physically wrong with the phone and there isn't any water damage. I disassembled / re-assembled to check for any internal damage.
Please guide me where I should proceed from here.
