cm10.2 (android 4.3.1) rom is now available for testing

Rom up to Jan. 15 (cm10.2 is a done deal, no significant changes are forseen)
Kernel only up to Nov. 15 + patches on mic sound to ensure phone's proper wakeup.

.CMAccount, CMUpdater removed. (VoicePlus, WhispherPush should also be removed by user)
.CMStats GoogleAnalytics related sourcecode removed.

Sorry, personally I equate Google to NSA, don't have a google account, my atrix phone don't install gapps, so I don't have the problem of overblown /system
ironically, I have been playing with open source codes from google for ages...

you might need a very clean state, wipe /data, /cache, /system, /dalvik, then install the zip

Same here, after clean install. APN seems correct. Didn't check Wifi yet.

I've found some bugs in CM10.2 :
-Hardware Buttons don't work (only vibrating, but no actions...)
-mobile data are lacking.
For me, Back to CM10.1
I'll test CM10.2 later

I'm with Z, google doesn't inspire confidence, I prefer somethin in the lines of Mega, which uses a encryption key or box, which gave me 50Gb for free

OP may not have posted the link, but this is a 4.3 ROM, which means 4.3 Gapps are needed if you choose to flash that package.

These are just my preference, I've always had no issues with them on compatibility (unlike others) plus they don't replace AOSP apps and keep a small size which is nice for saving download data..

Here's an updated version with better support.. I know an add-on isn't ideal, but I don't like removing it when I flash.. This rarely gets updated, so less work for me..

Don't try to dirty flash gapps.. They usually won't behave properly coming from a different package.. You'll need a system wipe at least to avoid issue..

None. It's a basic update with minor bug fixes and August security patch update. They'll release major changes like beta features to stable via 4.5 in couple of months.

When you're rooted OxygenOs detects it, and proposes the full ROM download instead of the incremental one.
Once you got the full zip downloaded to your internal storage, you just need to check in the right folder (something like .Otasomethingelse) and you'll find it.
Then you can upload the file on mega, gdrive, whatever.
So I guess that's what he did

Takes less time and less space to install and if you are looking for only play store and play service with sync feature, this is best. More details are mentioned in the main thread (top). Pico gapps ~120mb & wicked gapps ~85mb

So this pack consumes less battery than pico ?
And it can be updated like normal gapps , right?

Why is oreo gapps not modified?? Remove store and unnecessary services too pls

I tested it on aicp 7.1.
It got stuck at checking for software update.
Idk if that was normal or I should have waited more or what , I waited from 5-8min then i rebooted to test again but it was the same .

1 - Yes
2 - Forgot to try that, But I will be providing weekly or monthly update for 7.1 Gapps as soon as it is released by Google.
3 - In case if you can't update the Google apps just dirty flash the update I provided. (it will not cause any bug or ask for setup wizard for second time - it just gets updated)

I downloaded the version before the final build , could that be the reason for that ?

Not working
Its not working on lineage os 7.1.2 by you( WoNdEr WiCkEd WiTch).
It says
***** wont run without google play services,which are missing from your device...help
BTW you post awesome stuff and I am liking the ROM very much

No one informed a bug like this, if you want to cross check - unzip the gapps file and check for Google play service apk.

Well google play services have installed but it just doesn't open when I tap tap tap it BTW I didn't find the apk in zip can u tell me the location of the apk in zip.

Unzip it into folder and search for "Prebuiltgsmcore.apk"

Will try flashing it again having a problem with my recovery lately....thnx for the support.
