your phone is a verizon variant and afaik you can't update it unless you ar eusing the verizon network. You might want to look in the verizon htc one forum so they can tell you more and if its possible to update it
edit:
There is RUU you could use here but you'll need s-off first

[Q] Problems with my unlocked Bell HD7 (t9295) on AT&T

If you don't already know, the unlocked Bell HD7's 3G bands are the needed bands required for AT&T (850,1900). I received my unlocked Bell HD7 from Negri Electronics today and I was super excited to get it going on AT&T here in The States but ran into a very weird problem...
Basically, I can't connect to 3G/HSDPA/EDGE internet. Now, the weird thing is that it SHOWS I'm using AT&T and that indeed I am on HSDPA (see pics below). Calling and messaging work fine BTW. If I want to do anything requiring data, the 3G/HSDPA/EDGE connection won't work and I'm forced to use wifi.
I'm tired of hard-reseting and flipping switches on and off... I just hard-reset the bastard one last time and now I wait for your advise. What do I do? Thanks in advance

Since it runs on the Bell firmware you must enable the data roaming. In the first pic that you posted it looks like you have it off. Give it a try and report.

can you post the "More Info" result ???
try downloading "connection setup" from the marketplace in the htc apps section, run it and you should be good to go.
B"H
Seems silly, but did you actually setup your APNs?
Not sure I saw that in the pics.
Good Luck,

[Q] S-OFF question

I understand that by S-OFF it would enable me to eventually debrand my phone.
Can i ask, what other steps apart from gaining S-OFF on my phone would I need to do to remove the branding from my HTc one.
I'm new to the rooting scene, So as much help as possible would be greatful.
Also, by debranding would I get OTA updates from HTC and not my current provider, Three.
You put your one in s-off.
After you change the cid with the supercid and now, you can flash an european ruu and you will get OTA from HTC!
Bye Bye Brand

This is why?

Also one more thing, If i s-off and flash a custom RUU, would I still be able to contact Three to carrier unlock my phone or would I have todo this by other methods?
Thanks,
Alex

Wrong Number shown in about box

Hiya
I am on stock JB and having a bit of an issue. I use WebSMS a lot with fishtext connector which uses phone number to login. The phone number in the about box is shown wrong for some reason hence I can't login to my account on fishtext. Any ideas how can I fix that?
Thanks

You can reset the app settings. Goto settings/application manager and clear cache and data for the app, should reset it and hopefully get the right number.

Oh, i see what you mean. The number is taken from the sim card AFAIK, i have no idea how it could read an incorrect number... Is your imei correct?

Yes IMEI number is correct. I have just formatted and installed a new fresh stock JB rom and its still the same number shown in the box.
Could someone please help and advise?
Thanks
There is a code you dial then type in the number. I've done it once with a non-US carrier's sim. But I don't know the code.
