This is the companion small app for the recently updated Movies app of Xperia range. It is currently only available for the Xperia.Z3c. But courtesy to xperiablog we have the app.
Works with Movies app version 8.0.A.0.4 upwards.

Installed it but it wasnt showing up in small apps. Running a Custom Rom with the latest Movies.
Play any video on the movies app then click on the small icon as shown in the following screenshot.

I downloaded it from the Play store for you. You may have issues though, as -
1. You need a Sky TV subscription.
2. Apparently you can only use the app from a UK or ROI IP address.
3. I don't think it works on rooted devices.

Anybody have any issues with the Netflix app? All I get is sound and no image, if I fast forward I see images but then it black screens with only sound

Ever since I switched from the note 2 my Netflix audio has been out of sync with the video, it's driving me crazy. It doesn't matter what wifi network I'm on, or LTE.
Also I can't play play store movies on this phone, just get the 806 error.
I think this is the worst multimedia phone I've ever had (though it might just be my device).

Try long pressing on the file and choosing open with.
You can also clear defaults in settings

err, the ones you are trying to open
If I open a standard picture file eg jpg I go straight to album. If I download a file not supported by phone eg exe I get options to open it with 3d album and picture effect and a lot more

Lol, OK, I thought you wanted to open a file with something else other than those apps...
the 3d album app should be in your app drawer, if not install photosphere.
As for picture effect I am not sure.
It is not in my app drawer and photosphere is just a live wallpaper. I could show you what picture effect does but for some reason I am not allowed to attach a picture

Only for me last youtube updates doesn't work? Youtube crash at start. I tried reinstalling whole app and updates etc.
