But someone has changed the "Opera Mini" and the "Menu" icons
Setting the example, as the above image, when I bought Mobile looked like it and do not know the name of the firmware ... Here's another example

Which ROM are using? Just replace the images inside the apk, use winrar or similar to do it. Deodexed apks are easier to mod
When you talk about picture, you talking about the icons or the wallpaper in the background? The only difference that I can see is that the second image that you shared has a different wallpaper and icon.

Haha this is not the background, which I can't find anywhere!!
I got the statusbar_expanded that I told you in the other post a while ago and made them full size, so they cover the background (you can still notice a pixel around it of the original background...). So that grey background is part of each toggle.
Contact me if you need help with the theme since I made that theme.

Man, lge-res.apk --> res/drawable-hdpi. Files are called indi_noti_xxx_xx.png for portrait toggles and land_indi_xxxx.png for landscape ones.

I see it in the forum as I mentioned, I even see the youtube video but I thought it was just another custom ROM but when I look for it in other forums, I found the same.. so I posted here just to clarify.. and so thank you all people for response..

Go to the SGN II downloads from link in signature and download SGN II wallpapers. It is in there. Then you can select wallpapers just as you do now from settings or long press home screen.

I'm currently running SUPRESSED ROM Based on stock rom.
I've been looking for details on how to change the dialer buttons to transparent as I've managed to change the background to a custom image.
I've found instructions for AOSP Roms but most of them seem to involve using DialerTabActivity.apk which I've been unable to find on my phone.
I suppose it's different on an JB Stock ROM.
I'd be grateful if anybody can direct me to the file that's responsible for this and tell me what to edit. If there's already a tutorial that's applicable for our phone, please post the link
