I deleted the java link in my program list of the start menu by accident . I want to put it back there but can't find the JAVA program and am still unsure how to create the link. I am sure that java is still on the tytn as I can start java applets.
Any advice how to create the link and where I can find Java program ?
try to search for the file with some file manager(total commander,...), it should be somewhere in windows folder
Found it ! When searching with Total Commander I found the program and a shortcut. Copied it back to windows/startmenu/programs.

I was trying to run the MSDN tutorial "CreateDevice" for Windows Moble 6 professional. I can build the project but cant debug it. shows the following error.
unable to start Program
'%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%/tut01_createdevice/tut01_createdevice.exe'
system cannot find the file specified.
In the project property, i check both Debugging-> Remote Executable and Deployment-> remote Directory options. It is as follows:
Debugging-> Remote Executable:
%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%\tut01_createdevice\tut01_createdevice.exe
Deployment-> remote Directory:
%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%\tut01_createdevice
It looks ok, Where will be the problem? Can anyone help me?

It is not working in emulator... May be i need to change something in project properties..But I dont know where.

Hi, I'm fairly new at developing android. Im having the hardest time making a virtual sdcard. can someone please give a some tips or a walkthrough. i've read all the how to's n googles dev forum.
ive gotten to the point where im in cmd.exe on windows
i opened the mksdcard.exe
the when i go to type in mksdcard 64M sdcard.iso
it says its not recogized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
CAN ANYONE PLZ tell me whats going wrong. im so anxious to start deving for android!!
It sounds like the directory containing the Android command line tools isn't in your path, so the mksdcard program isn't being found. You'll need to edit your PATH environment variable and add the "tools" directory location to it. The "tools" directory is in the Android SDK directory on your computer, at the same level as the "platforms", "docs", "add-ons", and other such directories.

Hi guys, on my Lumia phone, on Mass Storage Mode at the directory "F:\EFIESP\Windows\System32\Boot\ui" there are .bmpx files. I know that these are icon files , but i can't open them because of Unknown format. How can i open them? Thanks in advance
