Yesterday my Droid 4 just stopped detecting the simcard, already reflashed with the Droid Utility from this forum and switched IMEI's and simcards but no luck. Also reflashed the Mentor patch but I almost can tell that was without reason. Any help, please?
I had a friend with the Moto G 2014 with the same problem, I'm starting to lose faith in Motorola btw. I'm worried if the IMEI's are leaked or something.
My moto-g titan hard-bricked while upgrading to Marshmellow 6. Previously I had reverted to kitkat from marshmellow ( thanks for smoothness in marsh!), it worked but n/w problem was quite annoying in kitkat version. So I used the system update to upgrade to lollipop; worked. But then those evil "system update for marsh found" alert dwell around a bit. Brainwashed, then lollipop to marshmellow again; then it broke.
I tried blankflash as well, not working as it was probably for Moto G falcon.
I have read somewhere that Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets disallow to recover from hard-brick for good bucks and we have to get new board. But in nepal, we dont have Moto support. I had a quite lengthy process while buying it; flipkart to some guy on India and thenafter the box shipped to nepal.
Any way I could repair this? Or can I buy the board somewhere and get it shipped to Nepal?
Hello, I bought a moto e5 more than a year ago when I went in vacations, however, I moved to Spain again and couldn't use it after it got an update, it's been a paperweight all this months, Ive been using it as a mp3 but Im wondering if it's possible to make it work again or not.. Thanks in advance!
You could reflash it back to stock and just don't update it. That would undo the update and if it worked before the update it should reverse it back.
So a couple of weeks ago I bought a second hand Galaxy Note 9. After a while I noticed that the last update that this phone received was in June 2019. Tried updating it from the phone - no luck. I downloaded and tried updating it with smart switch, but that did not work as well. I am using this phone in Europe, and I have no idea if its intended for the European market or not. Maybe that is the reason why it doesn't receive updates.
Baseband version: N960USQS1CSF1
Service provider: SAOMC_SM-N960U_OYN_XAA_PP_0003
Is there any chance that I can update this phone, or am I stuck with this old software version? Thank you.
