Finally, only make one thread for the same thing, this is the third thread I have seen you create about this.
Please read the rules here especially rule 5
5. Create a thread or post a message only once.
As a large forum, we don't need unnecessary clutter. You're free to edit your message as you like, so if you do not receive an answer, revisit your message and see if you can describe your problem better. I need help with contacts and messages.
In cm it is not showing my contact on my sim card. I have tried import from sim and it said nothing found but when I put my sim into a non smart phone it shows my contacts.
My messages also don't show up in go sms pro after restoring from titanium back up.
As you're asking this in at least two threads there is big probability of a moderator intervention. And some of your questions are not specific to optimus so they should be in general Android sections.

My point?
Provide more information and stick to one thread, since it is still about the same issue.

Hi everyone,
I've been away from XDA for a while, my last android was the LG G6, then I switched to the iPhone X. After seeing the Galaxy S10+ in person I had to order it, so I'm officialy joining the Galaxy gang! it's such an awesome upgrade (love the o infinity display), my phone is arriving in 2-3 weeks, just wanted to check with you guys to see what I have missed out on the Android scene, any really useful apps, recommndations, general tips? Can't wait to be able to play around with my phone again.

I posted this question in another thread, but feel like I should make a new thread in case anyone else is as clueless as me. I am having the whole right joystick issue, blah blah blah, and I wanted to update the firmware and see if it fixes it. However, I do not know how to do this. I thought I read that all you need to do is connect it to the phone case and it appears on the phone, but I never got a pop up. Is there a way to manually check it or manually update it? Thank you for any help.

It popped up for me when I connected the case with controllers attached to my phone. I had to be updated to the latest version of android 9 though. I'm not sure if any of the Android 10 betas contain the firmware update.
