Kaiser wont go to sleep - why?

Anybody else seeing this? Suddenly, the device wont go to sleep - it does turn off the screen, but the battery is spent incredibly fast (hours) and the device is hot to the touch.
I also find that the screen turns on every so often with no button pressed by me.
I dont have DirectPush on, I dont use Live mail, I uninstalled all the apps I installed in the past few days.
Maybe it's on crack!
Did you notice this after installing something? Did it start happening randomly?
It happens constantly now. I dont recall installing anything specific, but I may be wrong of course. I also uninstalled everything I installed recently.

[Q] Random Restarts?

I got my watch two days ago, so far my watch has restarted 4-5 times a day for no reason at all. This is what usually happens:
Goes to Settings page
Vibrates for a while for no reason
Restarts
Steps 1-3 again a few more times
I've tried to do a reset on it to see if it fixed the issue but it still happens. It will eventually start working again after a few goes of me powering it on and off. Whilst this is all happening, I can feel my wrist getting warmer (like the watch is overheating or something).
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so, could you fix it? If not, then I shall give LG a call to get a replacement.
Thanks
In a full day use.. i do get one reboot.. Weird but not a big deal..

Random reboot this morning

My phone randomly rebooted around 4 am this morning (mountain time) The only way I noticed it was I was looking at battery stats and there was a white gap or is there some other explanation for that? I have not seen this before... stock no root no unlocked bootloader.... kind of weird no?
how are we supposed to know why your phone rebooted? you provided no info besides that it rebooted around 4am. no logs, nothing. my guess is that a spaceman came and made your phone reboot, just to watch the google logo as its booting up :silly:

No, definitely not a spaceman... Not in mountain time
If I knew how to provide logs I would have, guess I'll check with the spacemen and see if they have them. Thanks for the help, you can close the thread......
My phone used to reboot 2-3 per day. I removed the Amazon app and it hasn't rebooted since. If you have that app installed, uninstall it.
My phone had random reboots before, but it went away.
Today i had a freeze again, before a reboot happens i cant wake my phone up . So i tired the power button like 10 times. It came back on, stayed on lock screen for 2 second and everything went black. Had to turn it back on.
Its like a deep sleep of death. I don't get notifications or anything when this happens, but my Moto 360 somehow stay connected but cant do any voice search.
This i how i usually discover the problem. When i want to do some OK Goggle with my watch and it does nothing... Checking my phone and its always dead.

[Q] Moto X turning off suddenly

Hi all, I need help.
It happened a couple of days ago that overnight, with aero mode on, my not rooted xt1053 didn't wake me up since it just turned off sometimes before the alarm. Even if it had never happened before (just one week before it reached the amazing uptime of 650 hours without any reboot), I decided for a factory reset, since it's very important to me that it works as an alarm too. Yesterday, after the factory reset, it turned off while using whatsapp, all on a sudden. Tonight, it happened again, and I missed the alarm again.
Everytime I turn it on, I have the notification that Google Maps stopped working, or alternatively Google Keep. Battery is always at the same level it was before, I mean, it's still charged with at least 50% battery when this happens. Now I tried to uninstall Google Keep to see if there was something wrong with the last update, but it seems strange to me that it may be the cause.
Does anyone has any idea of what to do?
Any help would be really appreciated.
I have the SAME exact problem. Don't know why...

I tried uninstalling most of the apps, but it still happen. I've tried with brazilian soak test, but it still happens.
What should I do to understand the problem? I was thinking about going back to the original rom and try to use it in safe mode...do you think it could help?
With the brazilian lollipop soak test, I do not have any Maps or Keep stopped working once turned back on. Moreover, last times it did happen during the day, while in my hand or on the desk. Twice a day, more or less.
Please, help!
Mine has the same issue. Maps will randomly force close, or just crash back to the home screen. Usually though, Google Maps locks the phone for 30 seconds and then it reboots.
Happens twice a day. It got so bad that I've given up on my Moto X and bought an LG G3. Now I'm sitting on a boot loader unlocked Moto X xt1060 that literally will not last half a day without randomly rebooting.
It does this on any firmware, custom or stock.

I've bought a Z3 Compact too in the meantime, but I still would like to fix the Moto X since is a beautiful phone otherwise. It's a shame this thing of rebooting or randomly turning off, since I need a reliable phone... It was just two weeks ago that I reached 30 days without turning off and with any rebooting. I can't believe there's nothing I can do to fix it, it doesn't seem an hardware issue...
I'm not so sure my issue isn't a hardware problem. I've never dropped it, but its gotten wet a couple times by accident. (Rain, spilling things on my lap, etc...) I'm notoriously horrible with phones though.
Its always worked afterwords, though. And the reboot problem just recently showed up randomly.
I also had an issue making or receiving a call. I could use data, send MMS and SMS, but it would not make or receive a phone call.

Oddly hardbrick

It began when I try to record HD video in performance mode. My phone getting hotter and suddenly restarted. I tried to turned it off to cooled it down and turn it back on. A similar issue occurred while I retry to record video and suddenly it is restarted. The odd thing is about to happen. It began to bootloop stuck in mi logo and restarted over and over again. It happened for several days. I tried to flash the rom using fastboot but none of it fixed the problem. Now the problem spreading where the phone couldn't turn on but the LED blinked red when I charged it. I need to charge it like more than 5 hours to make it on and still bootloop. Once I found it succeed reach the homescreen. Since I think the main problem is on the rom, so I tried to factory reset and guess what? It began to bootloop again. I'm so devastated and I'm very grateful if anyone has a suggestion to fix this. Thx in advance.
