You have to hook the controller up to the pc and set the BT mac address of the phone with either the sixaxis pair tool or scp-ds3 pair tool. I only saw guides for OTG cables. I was scratching my head when the sixaxis app wouldn't sync with the controller so i closed that out and went to the stock bluetooth scanner and it paired and worked. Tested it with dead trigger 2 though it was a pain to setup all those buttons manually.

If you want to use sixaxis app, just freeze Bluetooth share 4.4.4 and it will work.
Thing is, when you want to use Bluetooth again, you'll have to un freeze it.

I'm wondering if it's possible to further increase the quality of my phone as a media device. I've currently got it set up like this:
32GB Class 2
CM 7 nightly /w Voodoo sound kernel
Registered power amp
running the phone at +3DB for the HP out to be used as a clean LO.
VNC server for controlling the phone wirelessly so it can stay close to my receiver.
AirDroid to negate the need for USB sync and to keep wires to a minimum.
A picture of the set up:

Hi.
I have heard that controllers are supported on ICS, is this the case with O4X? What is the easiest way to plug in a controller, or a keyboard? I'm thinking of buying a usb double female adapter. But maybe there are better ways?
Edit: Sorry.. This should have been in Q/A. My bad. Will a moderator please move it there? Thank you in advance!
Okay I bought a double female adapter plugged the usb cabled into the phone, the cable into the adapter and then I tried mouse, keyboard and a controller none of them works.
Are there any settings I have to enable? Or does it simply not work? Does the phone support mouse or keyboard?

IR worked only once with "IR Remote Control" by Johan Westling (I can't post link yet). I could control all my TV's in my house, Samsung and LG. Suddenly IR stopped working. I tried 10 apps (literally) and no one worked, even HTC Sense TV app. Couple days ago HTC app was waiting for signal when I was trying to configure remote manually. Now it's instantly showing error "Unable to configure button" like the IR blaster would be dead. Device is not rooted and unlocked and it didn't hit the ground yet cause it's quite new . Any help?

Have you tried just automatically setting up your remote in the HTC TV app by selecting the model of your tv and seeing if it works like that, cause i couldn't get it to receive a signal from a remote but it works fine when its preset.
i have a question ...if i have old tv and i want to connect with sony z and this tv has RCA cable not
HDMI can i?
i saw this cable in internet its work?

thanks all
This cable that you have on image, is typical microUSB/MiniUSB video cable for older cameras, not phones. I think I have somewhere such cable that I got with old camera.
Also I dont know any mobile device that send analog signal via such cable, only cameras, chinese portable gamestations, some mp4 players and few other devices, but not phones that use digital MHL/microHMDI standard
thanks a lot
Bit of a bizarre one, I think. Got a new Peugeot 3008, when I first connected my P20 Pro to the car, it worked for both telephone audio and streaming. The next time, when I start the car, it makes a telephone bluetooth connection, but the streaming option does not connect
When I select the streaming option to connect from the car menu, I get the following error
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
On the phone, the media audio slider stays off
However, if I go on the phone, and slider the media audio, it instantly connects to the car
Any ideas
