Floating Apps - Multi-Window alternative - ONE Themes and Apps

I just tried this app. It consists of mini apps like browser, Facebook, YouTube, calculator, notes, video player, etc. These apps can run windowed, full-screen and be resized.
It will allow you for example, to still play YouTube while hidden.

Hello.
I just installed Cyanogenmod on my Xperia Z and I'm deleting some of the apps that comes with it using Titanium backup. There are just a few apps I don't what do, whats it for and if it safe to remove.

This Thread is intended for People you have installed Android "L" Preview and have not tried to do any sort of customizing to it. Also for the people who are coming from a clean wipe. With the other thread getting to ridiculous lengths already I find it easier to have a thread dedicated to just this issue. Please keep all comments on track and hopefully this doesn't get closed.
Engadget isn't working it will crash upon start up every time.

Can confirm that Twitter doesn't work, crashes right after starting it.
Facebook doesn't show comments...Actually it does but you can't read anything
dropbox crashes instantly after sign in.
apps with semi-transparent comment pop-ups (i've notices google+ and facebook (and youtube once when clicking a weird link) don't render them properly (probably due to the new way that material works.
BaconReader isn't working, crashes right away.
Photoshop Touch for Phone gets stuck after start
Firefox crashes instantly
Wordbase does not work.

MX Player support MKV's...
U just open settings...
Open list....
Then File extensions ...
U urself can check MKV support...
If u r finding any problem then change the decoder from default to other one & try....!

No, because they ripped out the h264 codec due to 'copyright issues'. Like nearly every other player.
Changing from software ro hardware decoder doesn't make a difference, and mkv is the container, not the codec.

its an app on Playstore with various booting options like boot into bootloader, recovery etc and not pressing any button combination to boot into recovery. I use it everyday so.....

[HELP] Google App and Video player icon missing

The icon for google app is missing in default launcher, just the voice seach icon is available but the app works fine, also the video player is working but there in no app icon in the launcher. I'm on Global Rom 8..5.6.0. I have even tried resetting the device, anyone
Note: Google app icon is visible if I use Nova launcher but no video player.

Hi.same here but you can launch Google app when long hold home button. Video player play from gallery. If you downloaded any video from any app and you try play it will ask you to choose open video with (pop up) , there got shot cut video icon and other related app can play video

Hi. Sorry I'm not using Google app nor Google asst. So I don't know what different between this apps. Wish I could uninstall pre-installed app. I'm afraid to root as I'm not gadgetable knowledge, might brick phone...
