MGC is the older version of MIUI as compared to the current Galnet MIUI rom

hi evry body ... i really very intersting about MIUI ROM and i really excited about the final V6 realese but why miui developpement on our s3 mini was stopped on V5 BETA 1.3
whay the v5 version was not uptated te a stable V5 yet? why no one try to update out little s3 to MIUI V6

lollipop based miui custom rom for mi3 ?

As mi3 has not got lollipop officially ; Isnt it possible to make lollipop based miui custom rom for mi3 ? why isnt there any custom rom with miui for mi3 ?? Advance apologies if its a noob question !!
