Set timer..... Am I missing something? - LG G Watch R

Hi,
How do I set the timer on the GWR to 20 minutes? Options are there for 15 and 30 minutes.... No 20 minutes.. Can I do this manually?
Thanks, Matt

Set with voice command
Same for Alarm if you want alarm at 06:13

So someone know how the timer settings work?
I've played a bit around with some roms, hard reset on custom roms and even installed the Google alarm clock on my htc sense phone.
The are some periods when I set the tone with voice commandcommand the timer starts counting downmy onon my Watch and sometimes it just set an alarm for the time when the timer should be over so that i cannot see how much time is left on my watch.

Wow... Alarm...

Last week, I spent the week covering a floor; waking up at 4:15AM. I set triple alarms, the phone as the last at 4:20 (set to weekdays).
I changed the alarm to 4:15PM (every day) for saturday, at which it sounded.
I shut the alarm off last night.
The alarm sounded at 4:20 this morning. The alarm is set to off, and changed to 4:15PM (every day).
Any idears?
What fun.
Thanks,
Matt
I've never liked the internal Alarm feature (too unreliable for me).
I better use Gentimer (from Rivia) that allows me to set several different alarms, set Recurrence patterns (everyday, weekdays...), volume, repetition, alarm sound...
tried to set both types of alarms: reset "everyday," reset "weekdays" to a new time.
Still signaling at 4:20
I just deleted: [HKCU\System\State\Shell\Alarms\] binary: Next
But I have a feeling that will have no affect, since it's in the system state, which I believe is read-only.
Does anyone know where the alarm info is kept in the registry?
Thanks,
Matt
How you could set three alarms with default alarm feature? It can set only one alarm at time..
If some alarm is still bugging you it's definitely written in the notification queue database. You need some app that can display it and delete appropriate record. If you won't find any, i can provide you my debug one..

Alright, I've obtained SKTools. There are a lot of items in my Notification Queue, some seem critical.
Can someone help me narrow down which item(s) I should delete?
Start if time changes \\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\SSTimeChange; AppRunAfterTimeChange
Start if time changes \\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\TimeWizardTimeChange; AppRunAfterTimeChange
Start if time changes \\.\Notifications\NamedEvents\TimeWizardWakeUp; AppRunAfterWakup

Start if RS232 connection has been detected repllog.exe; AppRunAtRs232Detect

Entries can probably safely be narrowed down by process name?
Thanks,
Matt
None of them is alarm.. Default alarm would have record with process \Windows\clock.exe and would be scheduled to you time. You can check that by setting an alarm and reviewing the notification queue..
However, if you set the alarm using built-in settings, it shouldn't bother you anymore.

You are correct, sir.
No longer sounding at 4:20. I slept through the night. Amazing.
Anyway... I'm not sure what I did to solve it.
Just to summerize: you're saying tha tnay entry with \Windows\clock.exe and a time is an alarm entry. So if there are artifact alarms, deleting these entries from the Notification Queue (which you can do with free SKToolslite {link above}) delete the alarms; because these Notification Queue entries are the alarms.
Thanks!

Alarm Clock for Heavy Snoozers

I'm a heavy snooze button hitter. I sometimes don't remember the alarm ever going off. Problems I have with PDA Alarm Clocks is that the Snooze and Dismiss buttons are always in the same place. I'm looking for an alarm program that moves the snooze and dismiss buttons around the screen (and could possibly require 3 or more presses in different locations to disable.)
Ideas?

Pocket Alarm http://www.wizcode.com/products/view/pocket_alarm gives you the option of adding a confirm message box or it even makes you do a math problem to stop or snooze.
Haha thats funny a math problem will wake me up frustrated as hell. It would be cool if it disabled the buttons so you'd have to use the stylus.
yea I use pocket alarm with the 'alarm 5 sound'
anyone has a more annoying alarm sound as mp3 ??
i use spb time for my alarm clock. It is the first alarm clock that I am able to wake to each day.
I am also a "heavy snoozer" and I use Pocket Alarm. It is the best alarm for me and I do choose the math problem option because I sometimes don't even realize I'm hitting the snooze button and end up waking up late.
I'm attaching a .wav file that is very effective at waking me up. It's loud and annoying, perfect for heavy snoozers.
I actually think I got it here.

thank you
You can always try spb time. Very loud alarm and big buttons for snooze and disable. Unfortunately it's not free but you can download the trial and see if it's worth the $$$.
I'm running SPB Time...I like it for all it's features and such. I would just wish that the "OFF/SNOOZE" buttons on the screen would be in different places each time it goes off.
ptravelalarm
Very easy to use.

OMFG..lol..i think imma gonna give wizcode's pocket alarm a shot..
that math quiz thing seems like the antidote to my "slumber issues"
LOL
Pocket Wake up => free
I use Pocket Wake up (because its free)
You can download it here (French):
http://www.pocketpcfreewares.com/files/pocket wakeup 1.1.zip
to get the English version replace the binary with this file

Both PocketAlarm and SPB Time are VERY good
I have tried both these: PocketAlarm and SPB Time
Both of these allow using mp3 files for alarms, which was what I was after, while I stumbled on these.
PocketAlarm: Most comprehensive alarm system that I have ever seen. Period. I was pleasantly amused to see the 'math problems', but I do not really need that, as I have a wife to wake me up now
Sadly, it does not have a countdown/countup timer. But as an 'alarm' it is very complete.
SPB time: Complete too, but does not have math problems - but has a superb countdown and countup timer function. I love it.
Which one do I recommend?
I use SPB Time now, as I do not need the math function, and the timer functions are a big bonus for me. So, you choose between them (math problems for snooze OR timer functions).

Yeah...I've seen Clocky.
I myself like the "Flying Alarm Clock" It has a propeller like key that flys off the top of the alarm when it sounds. You have to find this key and replace it in the top of the clock to silence it.

Good find! I had held off buying a clocky as I don't think it would get very far in my bedroom lol! This is perfect and cheaper, I just bought one!
Im using "End.net enAlarm" right now... It works fine for me, unlike SPB Time that often dosent play the sound on the alarm. End.net have like "Pocket Alarm" a mathproblem for you to solve befor the snooze shuts of...
And for the alarmsignal I use this one that im attatching, its a hell of a noice when this goes off. If you sleep thru this alarm, your dead
Add new ring tones to windows mobile

alarm question

i have the diamond but each time i would like to set an alarm i get a message telling me the alarm will not sound if the phone is set on silent, hence i am
just wondering if there are any alarm clocks for the touch diamond which will ring when set, even if the phone is on silent mode.
ideas anyone?
in silent mode the device can't play any sounds
the program you would need would have to change
the registry to force the device out of silent mode
to be able to make any souds
is this registry edit possible? i basically want it for use as an alarm clock in the mornings but i dont want to leave the phone able to ring if i were to get a call/txt while i sleep.
flight-mode accomplish that too without any 3th party software
This app should do waht you require...
Even the basic quick alarm with this application provides an audible alert when the phone is set to silent.
Check out G-Alarm
With the more complexed alarms with this app, one can set even the max volume of the alarm - so is independent to the WM volume control.
Hope this helps?
You don't need to do all that, just check the "sound alarms even if device is set to silent" box in the clocks/alarms menu. I put mine on silent every night when I go to sleep and the alarm wakes me up every morning, it goes off at the same volume that you last had the system volume set to before you switched it to silent.
cheers for the help people.

Reminder Snooze times

I rely heavily on calendar reminders to get things done, and with Windows Mobile it was perfect - you could either dismiss, or snooze for days at a time. The iPhone had no snooze. Android does have snooze, but it seems to be predetermined. Is there any way to adjust this on the fly?
My app searches end up finding alarm clocks, etc.
Calendar reminders
I don't know about changing the snooze time, but you can adjust the time when you get the popups or emails reminders about a certain date and time.
YESS ive been searching how to do that for days.. but gave up, if anyone finds out please post.
I've been looking for a way to change the WM alarm snooze times for a very long time with no success. I use the ability of Pocket Informant to set multiple alarms for an appointment as a workaround. There's a small '+' to the left of the alarm box when entering an appointment that can be used to set extra alarms. I just dismiss my reminders, knowing that I've set another nearer the time. It's not ideal but better than what's built in.

Breating pluse animation untill you delete notification.

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if there's a way to add feature via magisk. That when a notification comes we set breating edge effect and from aod. And set the timer for 5 min.
Ex: show breathing effect untill i view message or notification and we set that timer for 5 min. Or 10 min.
Is that possible ?
I would like to have the same. Good idea.
