Hello, my phone is stuck in the TWRP v2.6.3.0 recovery. I rooted it using this tutorial
htconeroot [.] com/htc-one-root/how-to-root-htc-one-windowsmaclinux/
It all worked fine, but I wanted ViperOne ROM, so I installed one (v6.2.0) but the installation failed, I rebooted my phone and now its stuck in the recovery, I dont know what to do
I can access fastboot and ADB. I have already tried installing another ROM - ViperOne 7.1 and the installation again failed. Can somebody help me please?

Guys I rolled back my phone to stock ROM then I flashed it with ViperOneS.
I followed all the directions after I flashed the rom, wiped cache, fastboot reboot, then flash the boot.img using the flash-boot-script.
I can tell that the phone boots successfully but all I get is a black screen. What gives?
My phone info is

Please help me.
I've done something really stupid. I flashed from ClockWorkMod to Android Revolution HD on my HTC One m7.
I've got ClockWorkMod Recovery installed and when flashing was done i got stuck in HTC startup screen.
Trying to get in to recovery mode again and install my backup did not work, it just shows ClockWorkMod Recovery logo and reboots. When in bootloader mode, i can't access the phone through adb or fastboot, no devices in list.
Is there any way to use ADB/fastboot when in the bootloader screen?

Thanks bored_stupid! This solved the installation problem.
The other problems were solved like this:
The first problem was that fastboot didn't connect to my PC.
This was solved by changing computer to one with a USB 2.0.
Now the problem I had with my recovery was solved by flashing the recovery partition again and clean the cache (forget that the first time).
fastboot flash recovery clockworkrec.img
fastboot erase cache
After this I was able to get in recovery mode.

Did you read the instructions on flashing MaximumHD?
You must wipe before flashing a new ROM.
In other words. Try flashing again.

outdated recovery, if you have an m7_u/ul use TWRP 2.6.3.3 or 2.6.3.4
get TWRP from:
2.6.3.3: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
or 2.6.3.4: http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7ul
(make sure MD5 is correct, that site does not play nice with download managers)
I also think 2.7.1.2 works but i haven't tested it personally: http://mdmower.cmphys.com/twrp-m7/
BTW, this is mentioned in the FAQ sticky, please search
After update TWRP (and a lot of other ways) my HTC restarted! Finally!

Error status 7 means the recovery doesn't like something in the zip.
Try a different recovery, what does the Rom thread suggest?
