You only rooted, and didn't remove any apps?

You will have to flash your stock rom. It's available here on xda. I recommend using a windows 7 pc and a program called odin3 1.7. Don't worry too much, there's lots of insructions. Read everything twice.
My devices are already rooted, i have got that apk install on my s2 i9100 but it failed. Before that, i installed the asus launcher and it worked fine in my s2. Pls help!! Tks

It will probably need some libs but I suspect they built some framework classes for it as well so not that easy to port. It won't even port to other Asus devices with the previous framework version
Aw man, if so, i think i just gonna give up

Hello all. I am unlocked, rooted, and unencrypted. I updated to SuperSU 2.35 earlier this week, and all of my apps were able to download and install as usual except for Amazon. It says it isn't compatible with my device when I try to download it from the Play Store. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? I was able to install it prior to upgrading to SuperSU 2.35, and that is the only thing that has changed on my device so I think the problem was when I upgraded. Any help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Forgot to add, I have already tried wiping/resetting the device.
Try sideloading the app (look for the apk somewhere other than the play store).

I actually did that, and it worked, but I was still hoping there was a way to download it from the app store.

Did youbmess with DPI? That can sometimes cause problems.
It downloads fine on my phone. Is there anything that you changed such as in the build prop?

That was the issue. I don't know why I didn't think of that.

Does anyone know what's the latest and simplest method to unroot the device so OTA updates can be downloaded? If odining back to stock firmware can be avoided that'd be great. I'm trying to get rid of some annoying issues on my current build. Thanks.

I gave in and flashed the original os. The device runs significantly better. It seems the themes from Samsung slowed down my phone and caused a lot of issues with the dialer app.

Need really bad to unroot restore stock G925AUCU2AOF4, using Odin. My Galaxy Edge has Null for IMEI, servicemode is blank no commands, and no broadband version so no Sim will work. if not posted yet anyone know about when it will be available here as this is most trustworthy site? Also i hear it is not wise, possible to flash with a previous version than my current phone which is G925AUCU2AOF4 - i hope i and others don't have to wait too long.

Guys,
Got my Samsung TAB S2 9.7, SM-T817 last week and finally got it rooted. All my apps are installed and i'm running stock Samsung ROM (Android 5.1.1). Now, i know this tablet can make and receive phone calls but... There is no phone app installed on it. It's the Bell Mobility version and i knew that it would not come with it when i purchased it. I thought i could easily find a stock Samsung phone app APK somewhere, that i could install on my rooted tablet and start using but so far, i have not found any !!
Any of you can help me regarding this ? I need a phone app that talks to my SIM card, not a dialer using VOIP service...
Thanks
Miroul

I'm starting to think i might need to flash it with the modem file used for the international version (t-815)...
A little more digging on my tablet led me to find the Samsung phone app hidden in the System folder... Now, trying to use that app does not work.. No error message, nothing.. Just does not work...

You're gonna need more than just an app, likely you will need the whole framework.
Try installing a T815 system.img with TWRP.
anyone would have the T815 system.img so that I can try?

Just download the stock firmware and either flash the system.img with Flashfire or twrp.
Make sure you have a backup of your system partition before flashing.

You likely need the baseband too.
