Do you mean the external SD?
Try applying the fix that's required to access external cards on KitKat. You can use an app like this.

I think it's an app specific problem. Try contacting the developer.

You need to be rooted to get access to check .odex files. So, that method won't work. I am rooted & solved this issue as Adhityairvan mentioned..
And there are two system storage. One for system apps(around 840MB+new one-preload around 500MB).There is also 2GB for installed apps.
BTW,are you still on GB? Because you have Video maker app and I don't have it since GB or ICS.Hard reset maybe if you are on JB?

R: Device Memory Problem
Download any cache cleaner app and clean it.... Btw, you could lose some savegame (for example, angry birds savestate)
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
Try Clean Master its free in the Play Store...
Clean Master
It can clean the Cache but also look for Residual Files that you no longer need...

Well then I think its not possible. sry
So Samsung dont let us move apps into sd card and we are obliged to accept that our phone will lag ??
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app
Im not sure but i think its not samsungs fault but Android. If unterstand it right, Android 4+ is not meant to run in devices with small infernal storage and so it should not be nececessary.
Do you have installed to much apps?

i dont know why people say if you put too much data in your internal storage, you will experience lag, i dont think it matters, i used up more storage than you and my phone is smooth, you probably have too much background apps running

Rooting your phone is the key... it has always been. Plus you can try custom roms that will make your device smoother and faster without all the Samsung bloatware believe us.

Oh sry..i said maybe am the only one interested in call recorder
My phone is rooted and i have call recorder v1.4.5
I noticed after boot just when i am notified that call recorder has been granted super su permissions.. The files are created in the whole SD directories..so the prob was that i was setting the root of the SD as the records folder which the app automatically add .nomedia file to! so records wont appear in walkman

SD card swap (SORRY!)

I love my Razr I and i've trawled the threads to find an answer so please don't kill me ><
I want to swap my internal and external SD card partitions.
I use Omar-Avelar's 4.1 with 4.2/4.3 goodies
And I notice the flashable extra is marked as bad..
