[bootloader unlock] Trouble logging in Motorola's site

Hi there.
I was just on my way to unlocking the bootloader of my XT1068 so I could install Lollipop with the TWRP Backup but I can't login to Motorola's website (so I can get the unlock code). Every time I try, be it via Google Sign-In or Motorola ID, it always says "Error. Service Error, please check your network connection and try again.". Besides the login part, the website isn't working properly.
Am I the only one getting this? I already deleted my browser history and data.

EDIT: I also tried changing my network to a hotspot, instead of my home network, and nothing.

Is there another way to get the unlock code/unlock the bootloader? My phone is in fastboot and I would love to get this thing unlocked today.

Nope. Unfortunately you have to wait patiently till the site is up again.

Problem unlocking bootloader

There are couple of ways to unlock the bootloader, but neither of them seems to work. At least that's what have happened to many of us (including me).
Sending email is one of the way, but they never reply. The other is by visiting their website, but don't know why it displays this message
"The Huawei ID used to apply for the unlock code has not been used on the device for more than 14 days."
So are there any other ways to get the unlock code..

Yes, that's what happened with me , and when attempts have Billz send them by e -mail they direct you to their website to open bootloader Laeken when writing information to your device do not get your code ....
I have a solution for
If you are available on this issue Android 5.0.1 on your luck
All you need to do is download king root software version 4.8.0 and carry out your root
After completion you will find that he has been the process of opening bootloader

You can unlock with king root too?? Haven't heard about that...

Kingroot v4.8.0 couldn't root or unlock boot loader for my phone. any hint

It didn't rooted mine too.. Don't know about unlocking though

I have exactly the same thing, the same message

Change the language to chinese on the main website (after register/sign in on english) here emui.huawei.com/plugin/hwdownload/download (i cannot post links yet) , then use google translate to navigate to "brush unlock" - again, use google translate and fill in the fields. For some reason the chinese website does not have the 14 day wait period. I did this and only had my phone for 1 day before I unlocked it.
Also stay away from King Root, it may seem like it unlocks the bootloader, but does it really? Search this forum for people who have had no end of problems with it after using it.

just login with fb .. fill the required data .. get the codre
I think u have to try loging in with Facebook..

just use chrome with a translate extension. when you see chinese, hit the button for translation.

I tried another way... But most people encountered problem with that way.. If you're helping trouble with unlocking the bootloader then I'll say you... But BEWARE, what worked for me may not work for you... Do at your own risk

are you ttying to log in with facebook or regular registration?
If you are trying via facebook, you must first login on facebook.
Furthermore, the site, provides you a captcha and you must be cautious, cause it pops up a window in chinese with two options, that cannot be translated, and if I am not mistaken you choose the one on the right.
Edit: just found out that I used the link descriped here to get the code for unlocking the bootloader. Try again and you will make it. it is very easy.

sorry for the delay.
It is correct. use web translation and go ahead and choose "brush unlock".
It will redirect you, in order to sign up. Then log in and on the upper right corner choose "EN" and then you can get the code by choosing the "unlock bootloader" option.

I had the same problem yesterday. Try with a different browser, or try waiting an hour. Both had a positive effect for me.

I've tried it many times with two different browsers with no success.
At one point I noticed that I was accessing the UK site. After switching to the global site it worked.

Hi, I'm seeing this message constantly and not too sure where it came from on my Note 9.
Anybody knows how can I get rid of it?
It comes up randomly and at every unlock of the device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!

Try using the app Toast Source to identify where it's originating :

And is, probably, related to mobile network which phone is trying to find...
Hopefully it will help You to get rid of with this message.

I am not sure what you are doing here but the unlocking prcoes in my opinion is different. One of the things is: you ave to wait for a full week to complete is. Do a search for in Google "unlock bootloader redmi 9c" and you will find a complete instruction.

I got this error too.
It was because of the VPN running in the background connected to some other country on my PC.
Disconnecting it and trying again fixed it.

I have found the problem. It is the account. Although the account supports unlocking, it will show 1004 to change the account.

I'm getting the same error. My issue is that I already unlocked the bootloader and accidentally locked it up again.
Now my xiaomi account does not allow me to unlock it again.

I had to pay to let someone with the EDL access rights reflash the ROM. My bootloader is still locked tho.
Probably once the bootloader is re-locked, you have to start the unlocking procedure from 0 and wait for the unlocking period. But in order to do that, you must have a working system partition.

Guys, I found the solution and have returned in faith that you might still be needing it.

I got through the error by using the sign in method i used the first time on miunlock, i was failing it using email sign in, then switched to phone number sign in and it just passed

I Fixed this problem for my device after trying many types of solution.
1. First check my region on my pc, I set my own region on pc then I restart my pc.
2. I Check my sim card(that number I am using on mi account) is correct insect on my device, I insect my sim again on my device.
3. And must log in into Mi unlock tool using sim number, Not E-mail or Facebook. Because E-mail of Facebook log in...is not working for me.
I don’t know exactly which solution help me.. But I did this 3 work. And after doing all things Mi unlock tool gives me 44 hours to unlock my device. It is taking so long but I am happy because at last my work will be done.

Hey, I found the solution, until now I tried to log in with my Facebook account to mi unlock tool and I got the same error (1004)
After trying to log in with the email and password of the account and not using another way AKA Google/Facebook, I was able to solve this problem and unlock the bootloader
