Download this toolkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2183942
in recovery, choose install zip from sideload
in the toolkit, choose adb sideload a rom
choose rom
flash & reboot, good luck, took me 3 trys until fixed sdcard issues
You can push the ROM zip to your 'sdcard' using adb (adb push xxxx.zip /sdcard/xxxx.zip).
If you need more information, either look here, or just search the internets.
Don't panic. There's no such thing as a brick (if the screen turns on or computer recognises the phone).

Don't worry if it is booting to recovery it is not bricked, bricked is when it does nothing.
Can you boot to bootloader? If so you can fastboot flash an RUU (if you fail all other attempts to flash a rom with recovery)
You need the proper HTC drivers for ADB to recognize the device. Download and install HTC Sync Manager and also Android SDK Manager to get the platform-tools folder required to use ADB. Google both of them.
All,
After I rooted my HTC One Dev Edition, installed TWRP, I have a couple of issues:
1) I tried to update the Superuser binaries, and it ask if I want to update to normal or recovery. I chose in recovery, it rebooted into recovery and rebooted again back to normal without me touching. How do I know if the binaries have been updated. Can I try to manually update the binaries?
2) After every reboot from recovery, I get an exclamation mark saying an error during reboot, send to HTC? Is this normal?
Thanks for any help!
1) Flash the zip from recovery manually
2) No...

Hi i have the htc one on tmobile running 4.3. I was able to successfully unlock the boot loader and root the phone but after downloading some root required apps and playing around a bit my superSU is telling me "The SU binary needs to be updated." and when i hit "normal" to install the update it either says failed or my phone reboots and im back at square one. Can you please please please help. or at least tell me where to get the latest SU binary update.
You need a custom recovery. If you don't have one installed, do so. Then use the CWM/TWRP option. It will reboot into recovery and update.
Download here and flash in recovery

Hey, so long story short I have an HTC One m7 that i installed a bad rom to and now it's stuck at the boot screen. I can go into recovery, so i tried to install a new rom and even the stock rom through both adb push and sideloader but every time i start the process I get E: can't open update.zip (bad). Can anyone tell me anything?? please thank you
You might be able to recover to stock using an RUU.zip file. Are you S-ON or S-OFF? What software version are you on?
