[Q] No Connection RETRY.

Im having this prob since some hours now and i have tried EVERY SOLUTION ON INTERNET. I have restored my phone, edit HOST with a # at begining, Clear cache and force stop thing, But not only google, But all Google apps arent working i.e Gmail aswel; Gmail and google play store works fine in Browser. I also updated my software using REPAIR tool in Pc Companion. Im using Xperia Z 4.1.2 C6603. Can anyone please figure out What the dash is prob with it because other solutions seem to be working for others, Not for me. Please help and Thanks in advance guys.

Its google play store. Over WIFI.

Have you tried removing your Google account and re add it?

Could it be a router thing? Tried resetting the router?
Do Google apps work at all over cellular data?
Do you have a recovery installed to flash the latest gapps?

I dint try cellular cause im using xperia only on wifi. No sim yet. And google play store is working fine in my laptop over same Wifi and also on XZ in browser.

Well, the only thing it occurs to me is to flash gapps.
Root. Get a recovery. Flash latest gapps.

i Cant.. Pc compantion doesnt give me option fo update. It says that Phone is updated. Mean no more updates for my version

This is 100% stock I9505GUEUBMKG 4.4 Kit Kat. Nothing special here. We are currently experiencing a few bugs flashing this so in order for me to start building Kit Kat I would like to start from scratch and get good feedback. [ Please PM me any Logcats ] post bugs as reported in the this thread.
I am working on adding more features to this ROM like the Google Experience Launcher, and much more please be patient with this as well as any other project.
Thanks to : @SamuriHL for his Odin Firmware package and @occupational_hazard for testing and support.
[ As with any Custom ROM or Modification to your Phone I nor anyone on this forum or XDA is responsible if you brick your phone, lose your job, wife, ect.. or life as we know it ends. You assume all the risks by flashing this or any other custom ROM to your phone. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure you fully understand what you are doing before you do it. INSTRUCTIONS
FIRMWARE
1. It is best to update your firmware before you flash this ROM. Due to the secure bootloader we cannot flash modems. Please see this THREAD to update your modem to MKG. You can also Odin to stock with SamuriHL 4.4 Odin firmware package which is HERE. This is the exact same thing, all I did was unpack his image and make it into a ROM to flash via Custom Recovery.
[ THIS IS BETA UNTIL I CAN CONFIRM CALLS AND MEDIA WORK AS WAS REPORTED THEY DID NOT. PLEASE DO A BACKUP FLASH AND REPORT BACK]
DOWNLOAD [ROM] HERE
1. Boot into TWRP ( Recommended )
2. Do a Nandroid Backup
3. Wipe Data, Cache, and Dalvik
4. Install ROM
5. Reboot ( Update Root in Google Play )
If you experience any Bootloops please boot back into TWRP and Wipe Cache and Dalvik one more time then fix permissions then reboot.

This ROM is from the OTA that was pushed out and then it was put into an Odin package which I unpacked and created. I read ktoonsez thread and I don't think this is what he is looking for but feel free to pull it if you like.

Do you have GE 4.4 on your S4? Can you check if you have those files?

grab /firmware/image/keymaster.* files. If they're not there check /system/vendor/firmware

Id be more than happy too but that phone is sold and I'm on an N5 so we have to pull it from someone else

Hey MJ, does this flash the modems, as well? I didn't know if that was possible in custom recovery and I didn't see it mentioned either way in the OP. Sorry if this is a stupid question.
UPDATE: I downloaded it and took a look. Just system and boot for the curious. Very neat!

We cannot flash modems in custom recovery due to the secure boot loader. This is unpacked MKG just in ROM for flashing ..system, boot.
BTW can you verify this works without any issues I got one bug report calls and media did not work which is strange because this is not modified

Can you install the Google Experience Launcher for me here http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23212708291676903 then go into adb and do adb pull system/ then upload for me and pm a link if it is working well.

What's default frequently cpu when screen turn on? I was using Google edition 4.4 on international but it working with high freq about 1520 MHz when only screen on.

I can't get sound to work for the life of me after flashing this. I've tried re-flashing, wiping, and the usual. Everything else seems to work. Data, WiFi, GPS, BT, no FC's except for phone app... Everything seems to work except for outgoing/incoming sound so my phone doesn't work as a phone.
Any suggestions? //I can submit logs & screenshots if wanted.

Same here, but I have an I9505 (edited the updater-script and added a custom kernel).

Angry Birds Epic...Not Working on TabPRO 10.1" ?

Hi.
Anyone got Angry Birds Epic working on SM-T520?
It installs fine, but it`s stuck on "Loading Levels"
I have tried
*Updating stock firmware,
*rooted and
*applyed "SDfix",
*cleared cache/Dalvik, and Appdata
*installed several times from marked, and from .apk.
Also tried to install custom rom, but non of the roms for SM-T520 will fully boot.
Right now im on Stock T520XXUAND1_T520NEEAND1_NEE with TWRP and rooted.
So... where is the problem?

Just installed the game, and can confirm the initial stall in "Loading Levels" just after the game is first installed. However, closing the app from the recent apps list and restarting the game worked for me. I've been playing for just a few minutes, but I'm not experiencing that issue anymore.

I even tried to change the DPI, in case the game has some limitations.

That strange, I have no problem, Epic runs without any problem for me on my SM-T520.

Reflashed Stock T520XXUAND1_T520NEEAND1_NEE, without root and no custom recovery.
Now it works
DId it not like the root or recovery?

Found out that it was Xposed or some of the modules that caused it to not load properly. Every time i install Xposed, Epic refuses to fully load the game, regardless of rom installed.

OK, have you tried the whole restart, remove program, reinstall etc etc to make sure it isn't a fluke?

bootloader unlock process is pure CRAP!!

I had hopes for this POS phone but may dump it on Swappa. Locked bootloader! Might as well bought a Samsung!!
I got permission to unlock, bound phone via China server. Been 5 days, " unlock" button on unlock tool still is greyed out! Loaded all provided drivers etc. Should have stayed with my Nexus 6p however crappy battery life. Anyone have any suggestions on the bootloader? Thanks in advance

Tried and no go. Did you use VPN on computer as well when using unlock tool?

Woohoo the things we do for root! Finally after 2 days of failing to unlock, I finally decided to reinstall Windows in boot camp. Worked like a charm. All rooted and working gcam mod. Thanks for your help. Not sure why had problems with the drivers but oh well.

Yes, because after the first try, there was a message saying to wait 72 hours and unlock again.
