I think I screwed up. Help a first time rooter please.

I unlocked my phone and successfully flashed ViperROM 1.1.0 onto it. Unhappy with the ROM, I went to try Paranoid (4.3) and I screwed something up along the way. Now my phone boots up, the carrier information is gone so I get no signal what so ever, wifi doesn't work and the phone restarts at random. I tried to use fastboot to lock the bootloader and go back to stock, but I keep getting a "12 signature verify fail" when I try to flash with the factory RUU for my phone. If you can point me in the direction of a relevant thread or post helpful information in here, I'd be very grateful.

I guess I was just using the wrong SPRINT RUU for my phone. It's all good now, reverted to stock and now I'm on Official Android 4.3

HTC ONE Stuck on Bootloader Screen...HELP PLE
Im really frinking out my phone is stuck on Bootloader screen i root everything was good and for some stupid reason i decided to updated it to 4.3 and after i run it and it restart i just keep going back to bootloader screen try recovery but it will just got back to same screen when you plug into the computer it does detect ti just fine but i don't know what to do this is what is on my screen. i try RUU but is say i have the wrong version (31.1)
and the phone is like completely wipe out. some HELP ME PLEASE , I don't have insurance nor warranty and the phone is like 1 month old

I can obviously get into the bootloader and I can also get into recovery but my nandroid was corrupt. If I could just mount it and transfer over a rom zip I think I would be good. I don't think I can use an older RUU because it gets stuck at checking headers 4%
Any tips or am I stuck until the new RUU for 5.03 comes out?

There is not an RUU as you stated so follow the guide to get back up and running.

First i've been searching for hours about my problem only to find more people asking than people answering.
my phone is stuck on the boot screen and shows the following:
Tampered
Locked
Security warning

I DID NOT TRY TO PLAY WITH THE PHONE IN ANYWAY,I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I turned it off and put it on the charger, later i turned it on and i found some sim card pin (or something like that) which is an 8 numbers pin, i tried 12345678, and it showed me success and restarted only to reach this screen.
i've tried factory reset but with no use
I read that i should flash stock rom, however the files i saw everywhere have different radio version and Hboot, could i use any RUU file or i have to have the exact version numbers?
and also first of i should unlock bootloader, which i read in a guide i have to do it through htcdev.com, however the guide says that i should skip steps 5,6 and 7 and go over to 8, however i think the guide is old, cause i can't skip these three steps cause step seven requires some kind of a token.
What are my options here?

The 2 lines above mean the phone was unlocked with custom recovery at one time or another. did you buy the phone used / refurbished ? what carrier do you use ? can you get fastboot getvar all and post it here minus your serial no and IMEI

cannot sim unlock my htc one for the life of me, any help?

ok, so i went about to sim unlock it. unlocked bootloader, rooted, tried solutions 1 and 2 here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2586704 without success. i cannot s-off my phone to do all that fancy stuff, but i have tried flashing different roms. NOTHING seems to be working. i also tried using an ruu tool, but every time i relock my bootloader, i can never get it to boot. it always boots back to fastboot. heres what the fastboot says, too lazt to take a picture:
